I am new to bread making, but I ordered this bread maker based on other reviews. I don’t know if it’s because I’m new at bread making, but I found the directions a little confusing. I figured them out though and my first loaf of bread came out great!! It was a perfect loaf and tasted delicious. I can’t wait to make another loaf because it’s so easy!

I bought this in case of food shortages. I wanted to have a backup plan to go with my peanut butter.LOL. I had never used a bread machine so I think I over thunk it and was nervous I would mess up. We used it once and it did a great job, however the fruit and nuts did not drop into the dough, so I think I filled it too full. Some of the instructions left a lot to discover on your own imo. Over all I think it will be fine for our purposes should the need ever arise. Over all I still prefer bread from the grocery store, but this is a good substitute, but if there were no electricity it would be useless.

Ended up getting a refund and the customer service was spot on, was very quick and easy to deal with them. Reason I returned it was we couldn’t get the bread to turn out right. Could definitely have been a operator error on our part but the bread didn’t seem to rise nearly enough and was always too dark/brown like it had been over cooked no matter what we tried. But the bread maker itself seemed easy enough to use and worked it just didn’t do what we had hoped-for.

We bought this machine because my family goes through bread like nobody’s business. It’s sat around for a few months before I finally decided to use it and when I did boy I was not disappointed. It’s easy to use. The instructions are clear and I’ve only had a few loaves that didn’t turn out. After some research and experimenting found out that it was the flour I was using. I bake a loaf of bread about every one or two days. We haven’t bought a loaf of store-bought bread since August. Definitely worth the money. I will say it’s a little hard to figure out how to make a raisin bread in this, so if anybody has done that please let me know how. All in all a great machine that makes great bread.
