The machine itself is good and works as expected – nothing fancy, but gets the job done.However the mug that came with it arrived already broken (the plastic interior was popping out of the metal exterior sleeve. The metal sleeve was so sharp, at the lip that I accidentally cut my finger on it when I picked it up. I ended up just throwing the mug in the trash without ever using it. This is why I took away one star. I already have enough travel mugs, and I really just wanted the machine anyway.

It works great. The reason for the average rating is because the filter that came with it was off center and was effectively useless. It had a hole in it because it was not in the basket correctly.I have changed this review to 5 stars. There was a manufacturing defect with the AdirChef filter. The seller, TigerSupplies, saw my comment and sent us a new filter after reaching out to us. This is the sign of a very good seller. We are very happy with the coffee maker. It was unexpected that the seller would respond to this. I never asked for a new filter, we just worked around it. TigerSupplies rates a A+++ and is highly recommended. I am very impressed that they would see a problem and fix it.

I like hot coffee and this unit supplies that. It is compact so it doesn’t take up a lot of room on my counter. The “ON” button is a little hard to push, but that’s okay. At least you know it’s on. And I like that it shuts itself off. It doesn’t take long to brew either. I ordered the red color and it is very pretty. I wasn’t sure about the insulated mug that came along with it and that it would keep the coffee hot like I like it. But it keeps it hot/warm for at least warm. I tried brewing some coffee and then transferring the freshly brewed coff coffee to my old reliable thermos mug and the results were the same. So the insulated mug holds the brew hot for awhile. I would recommend this coffeemaker. The price is great. I wish there were more products made in the USA though. Hard to find. Too bad.

The coffee machine works as it should. Perfect for travel. I suggest getting the travel carry case for it. The cup that comes with it is complete garbage / cheap plastic. But using it with my yeti works perfectly

It works perfectly. The coffee tastes awesome and it comes out super hot which is great on this cold days. It’s easy to clean. Occupy very little space. Easy to carry as it’s almost weightless. I thought it would do both grounds and k-cups and it is only grounds.

It’s very easy to use and clean. However, the filter, doesn’t make me want to buy it again because it is a bit loose nothing like paper filter.
