   I LOVE IT! I’m impressed. I really wasn’t sure how this would be, and I am so far very pleased. I use non stick skillets all the time. They are just so extra convenient that I often use them more so than my beautiful gas stove top. I had been using one large skillet by proctor silex, which has been losing its non stick coating lately and needs replacement. I actually have been through two of them, and when I went to look for yet another, I saw that there are some neat options that needed considering.This has THREE different cooking plates that can be swapped out depending on what is needed. HOW COOL!–My #1 desire is to have the typical DEEP skillet cooking surface. THIS HAS THAT! YAY! It can be used for so many applications, that it instantly replaced my larger deep electric skillet. Use it for everything! Lots of my one pot wonders will comes from using this pan.–There is a shallow skillet plate. Half of it is flat, half of it has ridges for grill marks and dripping collection. Pancakes and bacon, meat & vegetables, etc–There is also a 6 spot pan for cooking eggs, pancakes, sausage.. anything you may want to have a small round cooking areas. I haven’t used this one yet, and it will likely be my least used. But awesome to have it as an option.–Lastly, there is a grill grate. It can be used over ANY of the included pans. Adds some “indoor grilling” excitement to the kitchen.A few extra goodies are included” 2 light weight pot holders, 1 oil cloth, and a delicate bamboo scraper.LOVE IT!! The pans are indeed non stick, and the first thing I made with it is a generous piece of salmon. I was impressed with how easy it was to manipulate & adjust the heat, and how well the fish turned out. I just wiped the pot after I was done.Another bonus is the size. My other skillets are quite large, and often really too large for most of what I cook. I will likely still keep one of my skillets, but this new one is going to be used A LOT. It is large enough to make most anything, and yet is small enough to store easily in any cupboard. Has heft (feels sturdy) but is not heavy. I AM SO HAPPY WITH THIS for so many reasons.The temperature control is part of the cord. I like that style, I find it better than it being on the unit itself. Easier to see, and also easier for me to remember to turn it off & unplug.SIZE: “the whole pot is 12.5 inches long, 8.85 inches tall, and the diagonal length of the pan is 13.5 inches”I havent a single thing that I am concerned about. Maybe a glass lid would be better for being able to see, but that is a small detail (and I knew when I picked it out over other options that it had a solid lid). My husband and I are very pleased so far with this. If I learn anything new or experience anything worth sharing, I will be back to do so. SO FAR SO GOOD! YAY!

   I’ve been testing out all kinds of dishes on this awesome little all in one. It makes a perfect crock pot for 2 to 4 people. I can make corn muffins, pancakes, bacon, eggs for sandwiches grilled cheese, fried eggs, soups, steam veggies, and a host of meals using only this.TEMPERATURE DIAL The temperature dial is not in degrees, rather low medium and high. After some experimenting, high is around 400 degrees so you can figure it from there. DIFFERENT TYPE PANS There all made of cast aluminum with a forgiving non stick coating, easy to use and clean. Surprisingly lightweight and can nest in each other on the heating plate with lid on top making a small easily stowd package. The only problem I had is with the griddle/grill. Once it’s hot it warps in the middle making it so it rocks a bit on the hot plate. I reached out to the seller, and they are aware of the issue and looking at ways of correction in future runs. I’m still able to use it but don’t make foods with high fat content on that plate so I don’t accidentally splash hot grease. Which by the way doesn’t have a drain so you’ll be swabbing grease up if it’s too much instead of draining in a drip cup. Overall I’m very pleased with it and works perfect in our RV for feeding 2.Hopefully this was helpful, Thank you!

   The package was packed nicely and in secure. The set came with extra items including a pair of heat gloves, a small wooden spatula, and a cloth for cleaning. I have used the shallow flat pan so far to make Korean BBQ. The experiences were great. The pan heats fast, and it cooks the thin and flat foods pretty quickly. The only thing I would say is that the pan is smaller than I expected. Using the flat pan as indoor BBQ grill is a little struggle since it is quite small. It’s only good for two people. If we have more people, it won’t be big enough. If you are not using it as an indoor grill, but for regular cooking, I think the pan size won’t be the struggle.The little triangle shaped light which indicates the heating process is quite hard to see. When you turn on the heat, the light is supposed to indicate it is heating, and it shuts off when the temperature reaches to the indicated level. The light is pretty hard to see under indoor lighting. However, it is just an extra function, and it won’t interfere with the function of the grill. The grill is easy to clean, and you can stuck the pans for saving storage space. I would recommend putting a towel in between each pan when you stuck them since the coating on the surface is very thin. It would be very easy to be chipped off. When I received the grill, some part of the surface on the flat pan was chipped off because it was stacked under the pancake pan. Please don’t use any metal for cooking or cleaning on any pans because the surface will definitely be damaged immediately. In this case the wooden spatula came pretty handy. To sum up, it is a versatile indoor cookware which will definitely help your cooking faster or bringing you experiences of different cooking style. However, nothing is perfect. I would recommend making sure the functions of this grill fit what exactly you are looking for. You do have to learn to care and maintain it by the end of the day.

   It cooks great, and I have no problems with that… Although it doesn’t quite get hot enough to fry. The problem is the plates all wobble like there’s a hump in the middle of the burner base. I took a file and leveled it and that helped, but was just a bad design flaw.

   THE LID does NOT HAVE PROTECTIVE Rubber around it. It is just glass. NOT safe for an elderly lady!!!!!! I would like a lid that is safe. If she drops this on the counter it will shatter. BE AWARE. Everything else is awesome, but the lid is terrible. It even has an inperfection in it. It’s bubbled up at the edge.
