I love the drop-down crumb tray! The toaster works very well and the numbered adjustment knob makes it easy to remember our preferences for different types of breads and muffins. I took off one star only because it doesn’t pop the toast up high enough when we use smaller breads or toaster muffins. I have to use silicon tongs to remove the toast.

It toasts really quickly. Unfortunately the slots are just a little too narrow for bagels, even trying to squish them before you put them in doesn’t work so the slots need to be wider. Toast and muffins fit fine.

It is a sleek cost effective way to toast bread. But unfortunately my egos do not go all the way down into the toaster so I have to adjust my Eggo’s and re-toast to get a half inch of my Eggo toasted

Toasts things well. But doesn’t fit a wider slice of bread.. also if toasting a waffle you will need to rotate because the slots are too shallow.

Why did they make the toaster slots shorter than the average slice of American bread? I have to cut about 2″ – 3″ off of every slice of bread that I toast! Other than that it’s very good and a good value. I love the control too. And it looks good.

I buy bagels from NYC and freeze them but the width of the slots doesn’t really fit them. I was very sad when my bagels ended up burnt as it touched the coils.
