Well packaged so no shipment problems.little or no smoke on burn in.first loaf using directions in book came out great, well mixed, baked perfectly, love the size of the 1 lb. loaf.It is just me so 1 lb. is a good size to avoid spoilage I have tried many brands that claim 1 lb. capability but have found most disappointing others cost way too much for just one person. This unit works best at one pound and is a great price.

Would recommend this bread makers for anyone wanting a delicious loaf of fresh warm bread .. I purchased it to make homemade pizza dough and was amazed what a difference from the prepared frozen you get from the market .. yum

I have a small kitchen and the size of this is perfect for me. Love the handle so I can easily move it around and it’s not heavy. Fits perfectly under my cabinets and still able to open the lid. I’ve been using this just about every other day to make bread, rolls, and fruit bread which is my new favorite breakfast. Very pleased.

This fabulous machine is worth every penny. I make 1 lb loaves because I live alone. Bread is way to expensie at the store and this couldn’t be any easier. No oven, just this. A helpful tip…after you cut a slice, store the bread cut side down and cover it with a glass bowl. Storing it this way makes sure it stays fresh longer. Another thing is to slice it on its side rather than from the top down. This way it won’t collapse.

I like that this unit fits in a standard height cabinet. I also like the 1 lb loaf option since there are only 2 of us. No complaints so far.

The recipes that come with this aren’t good. Have to be Gluten Free. Followed other recipes and finally made nice bread. Great little machine.
