The measuring cup that comes with it, measures in cups where as the directions tell you in ML. The machine is hot to the touch while it is on. The first waffle I made was too well done and I couldn’t open the lid before it cooked too much. I would suggest starting with number 3 first. My second attempt at making one turned out really well. Yes, the machine works well but not on the first attempt.

This is a great waffle maker for its size. I donโt have a lot of cupboard space so it fits well. Sadly it doesnโt make Belgium waffles like my Cuisinart did. . They are normal size waffles. That is why it doesnโt get 5 stars

I love everything about this waffle maker except the handle. The waffle maker has the right size (not a mini one) with the right price. It is compact enough for me to easily find a place to store it. It made perfect waffles the first time I tried it. The only thing I don’t like is the handle used to open the waffle maker when the waffle is done. The steam around the handle can be quite hot, so be careful.

This is the least I’ve ever paid for a waffle maker, and by a large margin for that matter. In fact I was thinking “Sure, why not? For $24, what have I got to lose?” But instead, my little red machine started turning out perfect waffles right from the start. I use the Crusteaz mix, set the crispness level up a notch or two and it does great! NOT dishwasher safe, but for the price – and especially for the finished product – I’ll gladly hand wash it. Excellent buy

I have enjoyed this waffle maker and it’s fairly easy to use. The tab to open the waffle maker is a bit awkward but that is my only complaint. It makes beautiful waffles and it is nice and compact for storing.

I read many of the reviews before purchasing this. Received it yesterday, Waffles this morning. This Waffle Maker is just perfect in every way! So simple to use and it makes perfect Waffles! I read some of the negative reviews about the steam around the release mechanism but c’mon people all it takes is a little bit of common sense. If you can find your way around a kitchen the little bit of steam around the handle will not be an issue. Storage is great as the cord wraps around underneath it you can then stand it upright. If you want to make perfect waffles then this is your go to Waffle maker, HANDS DOWN!
