I’ve only used this griddle a few times now, but I am very impressed by how even the heat is distributed and how easily it cleans up. It is the best non-stick surface that I have ever owned. Food tends to slide around the feeling when you’re attempting to pick it up, but a second spatula or spoon used to keep the food from sliding as I get the spatula under it fixes that issue.

I started making crepes using this and now everyone comes over for breakfast! It’s super easy to use and clean. Only thing I was confused about was if the top part that got hot detaches from the whole machine? I ended up using a wash rag to clean up everything!

This item has so many uses. It’s very easy to clean. Temperature settings are less than expected but still useable. Great for making toasted cheese sandwiches, eggs and toasting your English muffin, making hashbrowns and on and on.
