   My old tea kettle died, so I had to invest in another.. This one has a lovely blue light when turned on, heats water quickly, and in general comes up to its descriptions. However, I find this kettle to be awkward for me to lift and carry with one hand. Perhaps with younger, stronger hands and wrists it would be no problem. However, the weight of this pot seems off balance for me, and the kettle wants to tip forward, so I have to hold it upright with 2 hands.

   I wanted to have something at my desk, so I could make tea or heat water for oatmeal if I got out the door late and this works perfectly. My only complaint is that the first one did not work at all (the LED light would not turn on which meant that the heater turned on). I returned it and before I even sent it out, Amazon sent a replacement. It heats up the water quickly and turns off automatically after the water is adequately heated which is a great safety feature.

   I ordered one of the cheaper damaged box items. The product was undamaged, thank you, God, but the beaten up and ripped item box was just thrown in a large box with a small strip of puffer strip, lol. Well, it bounced around in that larger box until it came to me, half out of its own item box, also the outermost box tape was half unstuck off the box opening, no instructions and the tea diffuser was stuck inside the kettle. I eventually wiggled it out with no damage, but wow, that was terrible. The kettle unit appears to have suffered no damage and I was able to boil a pot of water with no issues. I printed the instructions from the Amazon item page. Just be aware.

   This is a simple unit that works very well for boiling water for tea’s or making tea directly inside. It’s a great volume size for my needs as it allows me to make multiple cups. This unit odd easy to clean both pot and strainer.I think the price for the unit is fair however I’ve never owned another one to compare to as this is my first unit of this type. Longevity review is stop to come with use and will be updated.

   Love love love this teapot that brews your tea inside. I bought one for my sister after trying mine. Only negative is the tea bag holder is slightly hard to put in place. Would buy it again!

   Love this so much!! Only downside is that it is hot like screaming hot. Would love a temp control on it but it gets used every day, all day long.

   Use this every day. super easy to use. Love the tea infuser that came with it. I make hot tea all the time. A little hard to clean because the lid doesn’t come completely off, but still worth every penny!

   Works as described. Heats up water very quickly in minutes. The tea strainer didnt really work with loose tea.
