I bought this air fryer a year ago and I love it! We use it at least once a week , sometimes more. Because I live in Arizona this has been a lifesaver in the hot months where you hate to turn on your conventional oven and heat the house up. Frozen foods are much better cooked in it than in my stove. I haven’t tried the basket that came with it because with just two of us, the trays are plenty big enough for our needs. We like the rotisserie for cooking a small chicken or Cornish hen. I have no complaints about it in any way. The drip tray has always been sufficient even when cooking bacon in it so I am not sure why others are complaining about it. It’s easy to clean unless you let stuff dry up on it. I pop the trays and drip tray in the dishwasher after cleaning any heavy debris off and they come out sparkly clean. I keep discovering new recipes to use it for all the time. My new stove has an air fry option but truthfully I like my Chefman better because it takes less time and again….no heating up the house. Two thumbs up from us!

Ok, I try not to leave bad reviews because I feel bad. I understand that a product is created by people and people are relying on that product so I hate to feel that any negativity I may have experienced would reflect poorly on that product and it’s origins. I’m going to preface this by saying maybe for other households, this might be a mighty little appliance. It didn’t do for me. I was looking for something to replace my air fryer and my convection toaster oven, but I needed it to be something that would function at least 85% as well for both appliances. The good points – It’s cute. It’s very streamlined, almost like a little space capsule. Doesn’t have a large footprint on the counter; it’s so shiny and black and came with all of its accessories all perfectly packaged. And for the record, I did not notice any gas off odors while cooking. I won’t say that was any issue for me. No problems there. So I took everything out and washed/prepped it for my first use (and the only one as it would turn out). I wanted to make fries. Now I’m a french fry fanatic. I mean, I love them. Everyone in my life knows that the key to my heart is french fries. Co-workers need some assistance at work? Sure, if you want to return the favor…bring me some fries. I don’t need Starbucks man, carb me up! So here I am; I figure, what’s easier to do than frozen fries. I put some in all the top 2 layers and put 2 frozen beef patties on the bottom layer. Well, I’ll be darned if that thing took forever to cook the food. I mean it; it was like 3 cycles of 20 minutes each. I could not figure what was wrong. It was hot; it’s not like it didn’t get hot. I rotated the trays; I shuffled things around It wasn’t overfilled although on that note, I don’t think it was what I would consider a family size oven. Of course, I’m not comparing it to a standard oven, it just seemed like the usable space inside was not enough to accommodate the amount of food needed to feed more than 1-2 with ease. I’m not a large person; 5 feet tall and 100 pounds soaking wet; my husband is 6 feet and tipping the scales at 220 so I guess the 2 of us is like 3 average-ish people. If we had kids, somebody was not going to get fed. So after all that trying and shuffling and watching and waiting, in the end; it suddenly went over the threshold for yumability in a heartbeat. I figured I’d go all out and toast the buns; it worked only nominally better. Not the best toasting, that also took some finagling. Maybe it wasn’t the machine, maybe it was me; it sensed my doubt and could not live up to my hopes and dreams. Well, it was a very sad dinner that we had that night with the dried out fries and the dried out burgers. I was bitter. And then I had to wash those trays. Nope; that was not fun. I soaked them and scrubbed them with a brush and got them somehow clean again, but I had already come to the conclusion that our short relationship had come to an end. I sent it packing the next morning; I hadn’t even had it a whole 24 hours. I will give you that I did not test out it’s other functions. But if it don’t air fry and toast well for me; then it’s got to go. I won’t say don’t give it a try yourself. Take it with a grain of salt. I’ve sometimes ready glowing reviews for things that I thought was madness and sometimes took a chance on items that didn’t get great reviews for which the product performed like a rock star. Maybe I didn’t give it enough tries. I can’t say because that moment has passed. I did end up buying a different brand’s air fryer convection oven grill appliance and I gotta say I love it. Shop around, read the reviews, decide for yourself. Just throwing my thoughts out in the universe for absorption.

This is easily the best air-fryer I have ever used. 3 shelves or rotary basket means plenty of space to cook. The little shelf handle thing is just silly tho, lowest budget part of the whole thing. But the basket! It’s awesome. Crispy fries all over without having to flip them part way thru. All kinds ! Warm up left over fried chicken ? Eeeeasy.AND its decent value, too. Similar price to others but way more benefits/features. And same size as a ‘family’ size or ‘XL’ air-fryer so storage is the same when not in use. (Same height as PowerXL that people get for cheap at walmart)

My fiancรฉ got this for me for my birthday and itโs my favorite gadget and cooking method. The first night I used it to air fry some chicken drumsticks that came out so crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside by simply using the โchickenโ preset. I didnโt even need to flip them. The second night I used it for some giant T-bone steaks that came out perfectly medium rare. I definitely suggest this air fryer. Itโs so spacious and easy to wipe down. I love that it doesnโt need to be preheated. Makes dinner so much quicker.

I was given a smaller air fryer a few years ago and loved it. Recently I was visiting my daughter and saw where she had purchased this air fryer. The food that she prepared with it was really good so I decided to buy one for myself. It didnโt disappoint. I used all the racks and cooked wings on them. They were crispy and completely done on the inside. Itโs very easy to clean. I soaked the racks and I cleaned them immediately so they still look new.

Iโve had the 20qt air fryer for about three weeks now, and have cooked several items in it. Itโs easy to program and use, and has several trays to selectfor various food items. The food always comes out nice and crispy when air fried! The downsides are that the trays donโt fit perfectly into the sliding shelf on the sides of the oven, and I can see that being a problem in the future with pans falling down. The light button also sometimes doesnโt work, or the light gets stuck perpetually on or off. The only way to fix that it to unplug. Lastly, sometimes when you touch the screen to wake the device up, it spits out an error code instead of turning on. The baking tray is not always super easy to clean, but everything else is easy. However, I havenโt had any major issues and I love having this air fryer in my kitchen. Itโs convenient, quiet, and cooks to a great consistency!

I have an earlier model of this air fryer and we bought this one as a housewarming gift for a friend. I cook almost everything in it. My oven and microwave almost never get turned on. I love that it’s got multiple racks like an oven. Leftover foods like pizza and fried chicken are even better than when they were fresh after being reheated in this because they’re crispier. This week I’ve made ‘sun dried’ tomatoes using the dehydrator setting, apple chips, roasted a duck on the rotisserie, made duck fat sweet potato wedges, and baked corn bread.
