So I love this product however I think itโs a little bit too pricey. One thing they donโt say that you should definitely know is that the directions tell you to blanch your almonds rather than put them in with the skin on. No if you donโt know blanching takes 60 seconds. Boil a small pan of water drop the nuts and wait 60 seconds you can see the skin start to come off and then you can pop the skin off within the same minute they come out of the water. Now that said you also donโt need to do this. I havenโt had any problems using the machine without blanching the nuts. It doesnโt make my almond milk taste any different but I use it in smoothies. If you wanted to drink the almond milk you might want to blanch so that it is more clean and smooth. The good thing is that you only need to use six or seven nuts to make 20 ounces of almond milk. The self cleaning is a great feature. The almond milk is not as thick as if you used A milk bag. I did that for years where I would put one cup of almonds into 4 cups of water overnight then throw it all in my vita mix and strain it through a milk bag. My almond milk was thicker and creamier when I did that. Because I just use it in smoothies and this machine is so amazingly convenient I donโt mind making the concession to thinner milk. Also it says a lot of money buying less almonds.

I LOVE this machine. Iโm just disappointed that the top melted. The price went up by $70 since I purchased it last year. This is expensive if I have to buy annually.

I have only had this machine for a few days, but it makes me SO happy. I canโt have milk and the preservatives in alternative milks upset my stomach. I was making my own nutmilk with a food processor and strainer. Blending it was okay, but the straining was so annoying and time consuming. And the amount of pulp was so wasteful, but I couldnโt figure a way around it! I bought this and my life is SO MUCH EASIER. There is absolutely no need for straining and it doesnโt produce pulp! I didnโt realize how stressed I was about my milk situation (I have to have my morning lattes to function) and this just took so much stress off of my shoulders. Pros: easy to use, self-cleans, no pulp, and has timer you can program to have it do itโs thing whenever you want! And because there is no pulp you get more milk out of less nuts! Over time that will save me a lot of money! Cons: It takes a few minutes to go through the process and itโs super hot when it comes out, so itโs not the best situation if you want to drink it right away, but you can always use the timer! Also, after the cleaning there seems to be left over dew, so I recommend letting it air out after the automatic cleaning

I like that this machine is easy to use.I like that it is fast, 10 or 15 mins.I like that the milk comes out hot, perfect for coffee and tea.I love the self cleaning cycle.I love that it has two volume settings.I love that the milk extrudes without any pulp. No more squeezing a nut bag.My husband prefers instant coffee. Because he has this preference, I run a 10 oz batch of nutmilk and use it instead of water to make his morning coffee. We are still perfecting this process, I’ve been using too many nuts, but he likes it. The last batch was with hazelnuts (used the macadamia nut setting) and the coffee was a little to nutty tasting.Start with the recommended amount of nuts in the recipe book.I took the extended warranty.

I bought this a year ago – remained in the box until today. I could kick myself! This is so easy, so amazing and I think the designers are brilliant!! The self clean is mind-blowing!! Iโve made 3 batches (2 oat, 1 cashew) and they have all been perfect. I fear for the stock of commercial plant-milk companies once more people catch on to how easy this is. Wish my vitamix and juicer had self clean! So worth the money – only wishing I bought the bonus pack with bottles.

No straining with cheese cloth or soaking almonds overnight. It even cleans itself. You can make milk in 12 minutes without additives or junk.Only one issue: the spout on the pitcher. It isn’t enough of a spout so if you want to put in a milk bottle use a funnel or wide mouth jar.

I like being able to make my own nut and oat milk. I use this a few times a week and itโs really easy. Cashew milk made with dates (seeds removed) as a sweetener/thickener is perfect for hot chocolate. Almond milk, oat milk, so easy to make. The self cleaning works perfectly. Remember to clean the steam release every once in a while by hand. Highly recommend this appliance.
