It’s very easy to use but I looked on you tube for beginning instructions for use and how to clean and it proved 100% helpful for me. I’m a visual person. Show me and I’m good. I like this a lot and use it daily. I so far use it to steam all my veggies which help being I’m vegetarian and enjoy steamed veggies all kinds including sweet potatoes, asparagus, corn on cob, greens spinach. When I cook I do all at once the meal for that time, lunch/dinner. Save me a lot of time. I wish the tray to steam veggies on could sit up higher and the holes were smaller to keep veggies sometimes from falling through and going into water. I wish there were More steam baskets/trays to have different layers to cook more varities of veggies at a time. I wish the electric cord was much longer. Wish it came with a clear glass top as well. As stated I have been enjoying using Every day at least twice daily. It’s very fast don’t have to stand or watch it cook. Set timer, go chill until it beeps and/or it will auto go to warm which works well. It cleans very easy. I take the rubber seal off after every use but BE SURE TO PUT IT BACK BEFORE USING IT. If you notice steam or water com8ng from the top you probably forgot to put seal back. Make it a habit to check before closing it. I’m looking foward to fixing stews,chilis, roast for family etc. It’s been a great help for me. Looking for one also that is more an oblong shape again to steam even more veggies at a time like for 6-8 servings. Most of my veggies I can set to steam for 10 minutes and lunch/dinner will be ready. Remember the time don’t began until the pot warms up. ?So far I’ve made enough for 3 servings at one time easily. I hope you enjoy as much as I am.

This was a gift for our daughter in Ga. It was a surprise along with utensils and cookbooks to go with it. She absolutely LOVES it!!! We have one and also bought one for each of my other 2 daughters!!!! They are easy to use and clean. Fast delivery and was a good surprise!!!!!

got this product because the safety of another became compromised. This was a upgrade, so every the last one did, this can do more.and the safety seal is better. will change and update as we use it. ut for now. love this.

This is not the first one I have purchased, rather a replacement for previous one. I can’t imagine doing without this in my kitchen. A lot of the oven cooking is done in this now. It is faster and uses much less electric doing it. Clean up is a breeze. I even cook a small turkey breast in this and it is awesome.

I was leary when it said dishwasher not advised. I’ve no other option except the bathtub. It’s fine on light load.If it scratches bad enough to not to work anymore, I’ll see about replacing the pot. But I can’t see that happening. It washes up beautifully in the dishwasher on light wash. This is such a joy to use. I’m a disabled 73 year old and this is a true blessing! I no longer need to stand at the stove to cook. It can ALL be done in this pot. Even bacon and scrambled eggs lol.

I use this thing a lot. I pressure cook a lot but also use many other settings as they are easy to use. one tool that does a lot of different things. super for air conditioning days that you dont want to run the oven for hours. this produces nearly no heat into the room and the timers are very functional and easy to use.
