Love everything about it. We’ve made about 10 different breads/cakes in it, only had one bad recipe, but we figured it out.

Cuisinart has always had a good name and a good reputation but this product fails to meet those standards. The bread makers design, when baking anything over a 1 lb loaf, will always result in a sunken loaf with a dense chewy center. This is because the loaf pan design is tall and narrow and when you have a tall loaf, even if the yeast raises the dough, eventually the weight of that loaf will cause the center to compress and collapse and create a dense chewy doughy center. The bread (during baking and rising) can never sustain itself because of this extra vertical mass. Many people put great reviews online because of what they want this bread maker to be, not what it is. Try it and you’ll see for yourself. If you just want to make dough then this bread machine is fine, but you can’t really bake in it (other than a 1 lb loaf which has a low height) successfully. I’m sure the engineers knew this, but they made it anyway. Save your money and buy something else.

I purchased this bread machine as a replacement for an older one. I loved it immediately. It is compact, easy to clean, and makes delicious bread! The feature I like the most is that the paddle can be removed prior to a final rise and bake, so that there is no large hole in the center of the loaf. If you were thinking of purchasing a bread machine this one comes highly recommended. Worth every penny.

I like making doe with bread machine But I have found that grease leaks into my doe from the paddle shaft This has happened about 6 months after bought. I bought replacement basket and happened again. The design is faulty

Hinges for Lid broke and has trouble mixing. Just not happy with this product
