You really need to hold it down firmly on the bottle and hold the bottle. It may take 2 or more tries to remove the cork.

Such a wonderful product. I have ordered some other brands before – they worked well for a couple of months and then fizzled out. This one is perfect. Great to look at, has some weight to it, charges up in no time, and is very easy to use.

This is the best, we had the “old flange type” with arms coming up. My wife just couldn’t do it. We just rec’d this yesterday, Used it today, WHA, LAH,So easy, my wife is “jumping up and down”.
