Really nice bread machine. The price was right and I had a coupon, so I thought I would give it a try. Other reviewers liked it so I though, why not?! I really like it! It is easy to use, easy to clean, and it makes great bread. I have had no problems at all. The instruction book that comes with it had some of the measurements in grams and milliliters, (with some cup measurements mixed in for some ingredients) so that was a big of a challenge, but I have a scale and that helped to get accurate measurements. I have also used recipes from other brands which use standard american measurements throughout, and they have come out well, so really no problem. Happy with my purchase!

Est one yet, my husband and I have burnt out 5 bread machines in the past 16 years. So far this one is better in all ways, eaier to jse, easier to clean and make the best bread we’ve ever made in a machine. Love the long loaf syle so much better then the vertical style

I like the size of the machine. I tend to make hearty whole grain breads. Working alot with spelt these days. All about the ancient grains. Nice bright blue display screen. Buttons are large, writing is large and easy to read. I primarily use the dough cycle and shape, rise and bake on my own. Have only had the machine about a month. So far so good.

Nothing better than warm bread and butter! Although growing up with homemade bread, this is the very first time I have ever made it! We (wife and husband) made this bread following instructions from cusimax and a recipe (Portuguese sweet bread) from a bread machine cookbook. If you take the time and do exactly what the instructions says your bread will turn out amazing filling the house with the memories of your mom or drandma baking bread. We decided to use regular flour and other normal ingredients to make this Portuguese sweet bread instead of prepackaged mix. The machine was easy to use once you thourogly read the instructions. It took about 15 minutes to get the ingredients set up and around just over 2hrs for the cusimax machine to make and bake it!. No more hand needing and proofing because the machine does its all. Best part is the taste and smell. The cusimax machine is very easy to clean and use! Lots of loaves with other recipes to be made in the future. We absolutely love this bread maker so far!

I would prefer an online .pdf copy of the recipe book, and prefer a replacement paddle, pan and heating element to be for sale on this site. Our first experience was with whole flour, and it didn’t rise well (we got flat bread. Then we doubled the yeast (pleas do not do this, it was a horrible mistake) and set it to timed cook. Fortunately before it started, my wife noticed the batter had gone over the side of the pan and into the unit. Cleaning the inside of the unit was difficult, cleaning the pan and paddles is easy. I wish the heating element was easier to remove and insert. A more extensive recipe book would also be nice. It makes wonderful bread, batter and what not, and great donuts. Most recipes assume bread flour, but bread flour is expensive. We found 50 lb. bags of flour from a bakery supply house was inexpensive and satisfied our requirements. All purpose flour as sold in most stores will not work well with most recipes. Gluten is the missing ingredient in most store flour. Gluten is the protein found in wheat. All purpose flour used to have 8-11% gluten, it seems to have less now (5% from Wal-Mart). Bakery flour has about 12-14% gluten and if you buy it by the 50 lb. bag, it is under 35 cents a pound. For this bread maker unless following a spec low gluten recipe, you will need something labeled “bread flour” which usually costs $1 or more per lb. or just bakers flour which if bought at a supply store is a lot less expensive.

We have eliminated almost all bread preservatives by making all fresh bread. So far besides bread we have done hot dog buns, hamburger buns, pizza dough, and cinnamon rolls.

Same cheap insides as all of these bread makers. I got this one because of the shape of the bread pan. The square/single paddle kind don’t make a loaf that is usable for regular sandwiches. ( in my view ). So far, very good results for the loafs I like to make.Durability/reliability will be the question. Fingers crossed
