   Fun! That is the best word to describe this waffle maker. I am not sure why flipping the waffle-maker aids the cooking process, but I can tell you that the waffles were big and delicious. There is no guessing as the light alerts you to a perfectly cooked waffle. I served them with blueberries and maple syrup. Strawberries and whipped cream would also be delicious!Highly recommend.

   My two most important criteria for choosing a waffle maker are how evenly the waffles are cooked and how easily they are released. This waffle maker performs beautifully in both regards. The batter is distributed evenly and the waffles cook perfectly all over. When they are ready the waffles don’t stick to the cooking surface. Thanks to that the cleanup is a breeze. Another thing I love about this waffle maker is how compact it is for storage. You can rotate it and fold the handle to lock it in place, which greatly minimizes it’s size and it can even be stored vertically. There is also a designated cord storage area.The only thing I don’t love about this waffle maker are its indicator lights. My kitchen is very bright during the daytime and it is hard for me to see the blue and white lights of the indicators. I think a red light would be more noticeable in all lighting conditions.Even though I’m not loving the indicator lights I’m very pleased with this well performing and easy to store waffle maker.

   This waffle maker is very easy to use! Has a very light footprint so it will fit anywhere in your kitchen or prep area and it’s not nearly as noisy as some other waffle makers at this price range.

   This waffle iron works well. We followed the directions for the amount pf batter but we used a recipe not included—so we used less batter the next time around. Once you get your ratios figured out with your recipe, you are good to go.It was easy to use and easy to clean.However, compared to my other waffle maker, which stands upright when not in use from Krupa, this one has a lot more plastic. I wonder how well it will hold up and I wonder how healthy all of the plastic is. It is easy to use though and it sells for less than he other model we have so for the money, it is probably a good deal.

   A waffle is supposed to be crisp. Otherwise it is just a weird shaped pancake. This does not get them crisp. I have made pancakes crisper. Also, when flipping, it does not lock in that position. I have to hold it.

   Great waffle maker. At first I had a hard time doing my first waffle because I tried squeezing and that was the first mistake but after the second waffle and the third I became a waffle expert it’s super simple and easy to use and if you don’t make a mess then it’s easy to clean. Happy with this purchase . Oh, and I forgot a very important part of this my 10-year-old son can make it now himself after I taught him how to use it. He’s done like three waffles for himself.
