I have been wanting these mini waffle makers for years now. When I saw this pumpkin and skull 2 pack come up for $14, I couldn’t pass it up. I believe normal price is about $30. I am glad I bought a two pack, because I was able to run both waffle irons at the same time. Using the waffle recipe on the back of a Bisquick box, I was able to make 18 waffles. This fed our family of 4 (one is a toddler). The waffles cook very quick; about 1 minute after closing the lid. They cooked evenly using the suggested batter amounts (2 Tbsp for skull, 3 for pumpkin). No spillage over the sides.

The one thing I did not know about these until I bought them was, you have a standard waffle shape on one side, and the other side is the pumpkin or skull shape. If you want, just add less batter to your waffles to get the skull or pumpkin shape, or add more batter to get round waffles with the print on one side. You could use these year round and just flip them over to show the waffle side and nobody would be the wiser. This was one of those items I had regretted not getting one year for Halloween and when a year went by and I still wanted them, I got a good deal for them here.
easy cooking –
We use these at home and also traveling, since you never know whaen you get hungry, this is my 2nd set of Dash, bought another brand to keep at our vacation home..they were so slow to het up.These make the perfect size for us older folks and they are cute. I thought I was getting 2 waffles, but just realized 1 was a griddle, which is fine..can do pancakes, eggs, sausages..Gave these for Christmas to all the grands..fun.

Doing the Keto/Carvivore thing and decided to try “Chaffles”. These make the process really simple. Buy 2 and you can have the outsides of a sandwich ready in record time or serve breakfast for a small group. Excellent kitchen tool. Would definitely recommend.

Reasonably priced, arrived on time and easy to use. They are simple devices. No on off switch or timers. Just plug them in to turn them on and unplug them to turn them off. Learned about “chaffles” on YouTube and was interested in trying them. It is quite easy to make 2 small ones with this pair. They are very tasty and extremely low in carbs. I cooked the chaffles without using a spray or oil on the heating surfaces. Occasionally there is a small over spill, however it cooks dry and is easily brushed or flicked off. Nothing has stuck on the heating surfaces so far.
