Makes the perfect – Eggo sized waffles! I wanted to get away from the store bought, pre-made waffles that are loaded with stuff I no longer wish to have in my diet, but wanted the same size and shape of waffles – so my family wouldn’t object as much to ‘new’ waffles. I was thrilled to see this waffle maker and hoped it would work well – and it does! I have zero complaints or issues with this waffle maker.Very simple to use. Just plug it in and it heats to a preset temp, that is perfect for cooking this size waffle. No hassle trying to find the right temp with a dial, and no dial to get moved by accident. No need for a latch, never needed one on any waffle maker I’ve owned – the top needs to be able to rise as the waffles puff for a minute anyhow – so not sure why people think this needs a latch? The waffle iron – plates do not come off, so cleaning can be an issue if you get stuff stuck all over the iron. But so far, I’ve only cooked flour type waffles in this and use a spray on avocado oil and my waffles don’t stick. I use a silicone basting brush to spread the spray oil around and to do light cleaning as well – that is a great waffle iron tool! When I’m done cooking and the waffle maker has cooled, I use that same silicone brush to brush the waffle iron and spread any leftover oil, and it also knocks off any crumbs that may be left, then I use a paper towel to wipe around the waffle area to clean those none cooking areas and put the maker away. For one mess I made, where I ended up with over cooked batter in one area, I used a fingernail brush, that I keep at the sink, to brush off the dried on crusty batter and that worked great too.I did try making some egg and cheese waffles, but my daughter didn’t like them, so those are off the menu. But they did cook well and didn’t leave too big of a mess – if I didn’t over fill the spots. I might try adding bacon bits to my savory waffle mix and see where that leads – probably to overeating waffles. LOL

I got this because I loved the mini dash I have, but found myself wanting to make a whole batch of waffles. It has worked great since I got it. Really love the overflow channels on each side which keeps the batter from overflowing if you add a bit too much. The only thing I would say is that it is a bit challenging to clean, as you can’t take it apart or submerge in water. But it’s worth it for how easy it is to use.

I bought the single dash to make chaffles in but each chaffle takes about 4 to 5 minutes. You can imagine how long it takes if you want to make enough for the week, especially if other people are eating them too. With this 4 slot waffle maker, i can get the entire thing done in about ten minutes. It was very reasonably priced, in my opinion. I love it! It’s fairly easy to clean too.

I had this in my cart for a while but missed some things when I first looked at this. There’s no temperature control. It’s either on or off. Also, you can’t remove the plates to clean. So you gotta use a soapy cloth to clean and then spend about 10 min with a damp papertowel trying to get the soap out of all the crevices.

This is the best waffle maker ever!! It makes the 4 waffles and 2 waffle sticks at one time. They are the perfect size. Now we donβt have to wait like with other machines we bought in the past that only make one waffle at a time and take a long time to cook. With this machine I was surprised how fast it cooks. My son wasnβt even done eating and the next batch was ready for us to split. I would definitely buy this product again. Super easy to use and clean afterwards.

We love this waffle iron! I love the overflow feature, preventing waste and mess from overfilling the waffles. It’s easy to clean, heats quickly, and cooks evenly. If anyone is wondering, I make gluten free, flourless waffles in here and it still works great! We make a week’s worth all at once and toast them throughout the week.Well worth the purchase!
