I wanted to like this little mixer and held off reviewing it until now. I love the color and the fact it fits neatly into my kitchen drawer. The problem is…it has no slow mixing speed. I swear the speeds are turbo, nitro injected and warp speed. The cord placement prevents the mixer from sitting on the counter while I am scraping down the sides of a bowl. It’s cute. It’s small and lightweight…but for me is unusable.

I bought this hand mixer as a mother’s day gift for my mom. She loved it, I’ve used it a few items when baking cakes and making homemade whipped cream, it works well and I like that you can put the beaters on side of the mixer for easy storage.I haven’t used the milkshake attachment yet and my only complain about the mixer is sometimes it’s kind of hard to push the eject button, I mean, I have to push really hard on the eject button just to get the attachment to come off the mixer.

My needs are pretty simple. I’ve been using it to make souffle eggs and to whip heavy cream. I plan to see how it does with shredding later this week. I appreciate the size of it. It’s not as small as I imagine, which is not to say it is large by any means. Really like that the primary blades clip to side to minimize me losing stuf
