I’ve had this kegerator since May of this year and it has made living with the pandemic a heck of lot better. We go through a German 50l keg every couple of weeks and I no longer miss going out to bars any more especially knowing I have better beer at home. Assembly was quite easy as I had already watched several of the YouTube videos before receiving it and knew what to do once I got it. I had originally planned to do a full size refrigerator conversion but after looking further into that I noticed that there really wasn’t adequate space to put a full size keg in our refrigerator because after taking out the crispers there was not enough room on the bottom to fit. So this is what I settled on. I did replace the regulator with a 2 gauge version and eventually got a 20 lb c02 tank and both are well worth the addition. The unit I received came with a 90 degree tailpiece on the coupler connection side so I have no problem connecting to a German *A* system coupler as it just barely fits in the kegerator. It definitely gets cold enough for beer and one thing I did learn that it’s good to defrost if ice builds up on the chilling plate because the performance is much better and it gets much colder when the ice is gone. Make sure to defrost according to the instructions. Another thing is from day one I installed a Perlick flow control faucet and it’s made pouring very easy and I’m able to get my desired German type head just like in the Munich beer halls. Cleaning it is easy especially after purchasing a cleaning can and after each keg it takes me about 20 minutes to thoroughly wash out the beer line, well worth the time to make the beer taste as good as can be. Now I know why the beer usually tastes lousy in the dives as many of them don’t clean lines at all or not often enough. I’m glad I bought this when I did because kegerators have steadily kept going up in price. To me money well spent.

If you like cold beer this is a great option. Have heard this unit is loud mine is not. Honestly when I plugged it in next to my deep freeze I couldn’ttell it was running without touching to feel vibrations. Took ten minutes to set up. If your beer has not been kept cold leave it in the kegerator for 24 hours and it will be perfect. Mine is in attached garage and it’s summertime. Very hot in there but beer is still cold. Strongly recommend for beer lovers.

This puppy sits outside in the Florida heat and keeps the beer nice and cold!Pretty easy setup. The shelves do you no good once there’s a keg inside. The sides get a little hot when the motor is on chilling your brews. Those are minor compared to the convenience of pouring a frost beverage in the back yard!

Many kegerators to choose from glad we chose this one. Works great, saved a little money going with this model and don’t regret it one bit. Easy to assemble, holds perfect temp and pressure. Cold beer on tap, doesn’t get any better and just in time for football season.
