if you have a senior citizen in your life that may need some hard foods broken up this is a perfect machine…i use it for herbs and pasta salad veggies too and my senior can enjoy everything i do..its effortless and easy to clean…love that the bowl is glass

I checked how it works and I loved it. Unfortunately, it stopped during the first usage: blending the meats for the doctor sausage. I was happy it blended me one half at least. Another half I divided in 2 and blended in my smaller processor. This was a big disappointment, because I loved everything about this machine. Especially, 4 crossing blades.Update: It started working again after 24 hours. Will see, how it performs in future

I’ve been using this unit regularly for 8 months.I own a big Cuisinart food processor and yet I find I’m using it less and less because I have this. I bought this because I had a mini food processor that recently broke. I buy these small-size choppers from thrift stores since they are so cheap and break really easily. But they’re so useful! When I saw something similar to this food processor on YouTube, I took a chance on something new and bought it.Pros• The glass bowl is fantastic. Thick and sturdy. I wish the bigger, fancier food processors came with glass bowls because that’s always what breaks first. Also, mostly liquid tight when using, but don’t press your luck by overfilling.• The top chopping unit is easy to store, so less kitchen clutter and smaller footprint.• Does great at chopping: nuts, onions (no tears!), olives, carrots, etc. I also use this as a mixer for creaming together sugar and wet ingredients in recipes.• the garlic attachment does what it says it does, but I have another method so I don’t really use it.• powerful, but not loud. That’s really great. My large processor is too loud.• the top and bottom blades come apart for better cleaning.Cons• The no-slip ring on the bottom fell off the first time I used it, and was so flimsy I tossed it. I put the bowl on a silicone baking mat or cutting board, or nothing at all. I never have problems with it slipping.• the grommet at the top of the blade unit is rusting. This usually is not in contact with food, but it is disappointing. The other exposed metal parts in the bowl including the blades appear fine.• sometimes getting the top of the blade unit into place with the top unit is cumbersome. I have to fiddle with it for a couple of seconds. You can’t see the connection while you’re trying to make it, which makes you work by feeling alone and there isn’t a satisfying “click” or anything when its seated correctly.Overall, I’m really satisfied with this processor. The only reason I’d get my big one out now is for larger jobs. A good buy for the money.

I love this machine so much that i wish i had two! Small enough to store and not take a whole lot of space but big enough to take on any job i may have. Meat, cookies, cream cheese, ANYTHING. Super easy clean up, and i really mean easy. I havent used the garlic thingamado yet being i havent had a recipe to use an excessive amount of garlic, but this is amazing and you need it!
