I’ve had this thing for a week…. and I’ve definitely put this thing through it’s paces. I charged it up before the first use like the instructions say and I’ve used it to open about 12 bottles. Don’t judge me… I have 4 kids and I’m stuck working from home with all of them. You’d drink too!This kit comes with an aerator and a foil cutter, which is good— because I broke my cheap foil cutter a couple weeks ago and have been roughing it with a steak knife. The opener comes in a nice neutral grey color in a box kit. I might actually snag another one to gift to my parents for Christmas! This would make it so much easier for them to open with their arthritis.

I got tired of twisting a manual one and got this one. Why did I wait!!? This is a amazing opener. Works like a charm. All you do is line up the worm in the middle of the cork and press the button and hold it until it stops. It goes in easily and comes out slowly. It might sound like it’s running low on power when it’s bringing it up but that’s only for a second. Once it gets all the way out, press the top of the button and it unscrews the cork.

I had been debating on getting myself one of these as I have just finally found wines I enjoy. in the span of about 2 weeks, 2 cork screws broke in my household. This arrived on my birthday and made opening my birthday wine easier. I wish it had come a little more charged as I had to play with it a little to fully get my cork out. Charge as soon as you get it.
