I bought this a month ago and it works well. I almost never give a 5 star review- but I can’t knock this toaster. It has a countdown timer that helps me decide the best setting. The buttons are Cancel; Bagel and Defrost. It isn’t especially fast but seems well built. The back side has a lever that lifts 2 strange metal loops that create a warming rack over the toaster- I haven’t used this. The LED is small but bright just a countdown timer. The toast comes all pretty even. I do english muffins and eggo waffles – no problem. The label on the bottom of the toaster shows it is 800 watts which isn’t as hot as I wanted but it is faster then my last one.

I was waiting to write a review after I had used this toaster for at least a month. It was put through its paces this last week with guests and family over the Thanksgiving Holiday (had everyone over for 3+days!). It did an excellent job overall. Only “buts” have to do with temp control settings. It really is mostly guesswork. The instructions (?) are not so great. It’s trial and error, obviously if you have it dialed in for 2 slices of bread it will not toast the same as for 4 slices, you must dial it up a tad to achieve same results for the extra two slices. That is being picky of me, it does the job and I really cannot complain at all. I would recommend this toaster. The reason I purchased it was to replace my 30+ year old Toastmaster (that was a solid item!). I do not expect it to last as long but so far so good.

needed a toaster with long slots for my artisan long oval shaped bread. never heard of this brand, but reviews good, so I ordered it. so glad I did! the machine is gorgeous…yes, that matters since my living/dining/kitchen areas are all one big open area, so what’s on kitchen counters matters.love the numerous options for toasting. most toasters have 1 to 6; this one has ticks in between all those numbers to completely adjust to my tastes. I like my toast dark, not just warm bread, so I am set between 5-6.true, the ejected toast does pop up, but it landed on top of the toaster, so not a problem. doubt I will use the defrost or warming tray, but these are nice features for those who would.this is a steller toaster!

I read many reviews on different brands and models before deciding on this one. I almost didn’t get it because some reported that you had to leave the dial on 1, otherwise it would burn the bread and also that it shot the bread violently across the room. I have used this toaster for the last 5 mornings and tried it with 3 different kinds of bread. With the small honey wheat, 1 1/2 produced perfect toast, with the hearty thick artisan rye bread, the perfect setting is 2 1/2, and for the thick sour dough bread sold by Walmart, close to 3 is perfect. And, no, there is no shooting of bread across anything. It lifts the toast high enough so I don’t need any kind of instrument to get the bread out. All and all, this is a GREAT toaster! You can fit either 2 very long slices or 4 small slices all at once. Lovely and you certainly can’t beat the price.

Toaster does the job, but has a couple of annoying quirks. First is that the temperature control is a black on black knob that is almost impossible to read. Second is that when toasting is finished, the toasted item is literally thrown out of the device and onto the counter. I have devised workarounds for both of these issues, but they would not have been necessary had the toaster been properly designed.

I bought this because my husband loves those sourdough round loaves of bread. This way we can slice and toast a whole piece at once. At first it seemed to not toast in the middle. But after continued use All the elements work well. It evenly toasts the whole slice. You can put four regular slices inside. the eject button works good. There’s a little rack where you can warm up your croissants above the toaster that works! Dandy. This is much cheaper than some of the other toasters on the market. I feel like I got a great deal

Couldn’t believe how fast this toasted my bread. I know we had an older toaster before this one, but WOW….what a difference. Temp control is good! Love the ‘skinny’ concept instead of the typical ‘wider’ toaster. Only wish the temp knob had a “white” arrow on it, so I could see what I have it set at. I always have to get my glasses to double check that it’s set correctly. Otherwise, love this toaster!

I love that I can fit lengthy or odd slices into it. Looks great and matches the other small appliances. Not bulky which helps allow more counter space. The depth would be better if it was just a tadbit deeper. The top part of “toasted” eggo waffles are still cold but not frozen… If you let it sit inside after it’s done toasting then it does heat up the top-most part—but never gets toasted… Toast seems decently even inside—except closer to the top. Even if it’s not poking out of the toaster—the top doesn’t get much toasting by a “few centimeters”. Other toasters are deeper and my mini bagels would need chopsticks to get it out but this one makes mini bagels easy to pull out. I prefer it deeper so it’d all be toasted. The ejection mode is a little over powered. My toast can fly out of it, and on good days it’ll slide off the counter then lay on the floor. So far, I keep the warmer bars up and sometimes it blocks or catches the toast from taking adventures.
