When we got the juicer, in bright yellow was the statement, “Do not sell as new if seal is broken”. Well, the seal was broken and I almost sent it back for a replacement. However, I decided to use it. I had a bag of lemons to juice. It did a beautiful job. The only thing I have a complaint about is what you put the half of lemon or lime on to juice. It is quite large, so for small limes or lemons, I had to cut the side so it would go down fully and juice. For larger citrus fruits, it is fine.

I do love this machine a lot… the only set back though is that the top of it isn’t detachable, which makes it hard to clean. All other components are removable except the piece that’s attached to the handle. Other than that, it’s awesome!

Good looking and seemingly solid product but a couple of features make it less than perfect. First, the handle is not spring-loaded. I have had other juicers on which the handle was spring-loaded and would return to the open position automatically. This one requires that the press be manually returned to the open position. While that does not sound like a big deal, when squeezing hundreds of citrus fruits, that lacking feature becomes starkly evident requiring an extra step. Secondly, the press cup does not seem to detach from the unit for cleaning. Unless I am missing something, that is a huge flaw as it makes cleaning the press parts that require cleaning after ever use a real pain. Otherwise, this thing is a good looking product with nice power.

This the the best juicer ever..dont know why I waited so long to discover it! I was using an older model not hands free and my hands would hurt fir days! This machine is go gentle on my hands and super easy to use! Highly recommended
