The product itself is great, the hot pot section is big enough, but not as big as our typical hot pot pots.Comes well packaged, with some useful accessories.Yes, it smells the first time, but the test run process in the manual is effective.Heats up pretty quick, temperature control works fine.Nice to use for dinner parties as u can grill food at the table with central section for sauces etc. It heats up very quickly once plugged in by the 2 pin plug to the mains. The grill is smokeless so u can use indoors or on a table in the garden. Makes entertaining friends & family a more inclusive & friendly activity when u can all pick items to grill directly from the table. It is easy to clean off after using. With full instructions & a recipe booklet giving u ideas on dishes u can cook with it. Includes 2 free pastry brushes to apply coating/sauce to food & a pair of tongs for removing cooked items from the hot cooking surfaces.

My wife is Thai and she does a killer hot pot dinner for friends and family. Everyone enjoys it. The unit works great. Once you get used to the temp control settings it’s a breeze. Only complaint I have, is how small the grease trap is. Could use a slightly larger one for sure. The divider in the soup bowl is very nice. We run a spicy broth in one side and regular clear broth in the other. Overall we are very pleased with this unit.

Brought our family a lot of fun.The pot is super in processing and function. Whether meat, fish, or vegetables everything is very nice brown on the grill surface.You can grill and hotpot at the same time with it. It has enough surface for 4 people. Since I like to eat Asian food it is an ideal companion for me. You can be very creative and keep varying the ingredients and flavors. The plate is completely removable so you can clean it easily.Highly recommended!

We have a propane hot pot already and wanted to try an electric version; the bonus is that this also has a grill! We’ve already had 2 meals with this, and both times have worked really well. We cooked our standard hot pot fare, and added Korean-style marinated meats for the grill portion. Both the hot pot and grill get pretty hot so we didn’t have to wait too long to eat. Clean-up was also easy – the cooking plate is removeable and non-stick, so standard soap and water work fine, even on grease.I would recommend using a dedicated electric outlet. Also, keep an eye on the oil port, if you’re using the grill a lot.

This hotpot grill duo was great for a meal for about 4 ppl. Easy set up and easy to clean as it comes apart for washing. The only thing is that the grill cant be used at the same time as the hotpot which might be a safety feature so we just turned the hotpot on first, and used the grilled after – alternating btwn hotpot and grill which worked well. Will be using this through the winter months for sure! would recommend!!

I like hosting small group dinners, but for someone who doesn’t usually cook like me, the amount of work for preparing a dinner has always been intimidating, until I bought this hot-pot/grill.This product is very easy to use. The cooking plate is removable (mine is Duo-Separable version), which makes it very convenient to clean.I hosted a hotpot dinner with this product for this year’s Thanksgiving. It satisfied everyone’s preferred flavor – spicy / non-spicy broth / barbecues all in one! All my guests loved it! The interactions and joy of using this hotpot/grill created a bonding among family / friends. It was truly an enjoyable experience.
