The media could not be loaded. Like anything I buy online I am skeptical until I actually use the product and then I can get a true perspective of it. I must say this food processor does much more than I thought it would. It is much stronger and more durable to use than other food processors I have had in the past. It has a great design and quality functioning providing a high quality texture when I use it and it also is a compact size to where which fits almost anywhere in my kitchen when I need to use it. It is great a dicing and it also comes with a whisking option as well.It is equipped with different accessories and blades which gives me different functions like slicing, shredding, chopping, mixing, sauces, smoothies, milkshakes, juices, baby food. It also has a powerful 350w high-end motor that can cut through almost any kind of food I put in it and has enough space to make around 3.5 cups of processed food which is great if I am needing to food prep or make a large quantity of something.It has just one knob that controls the processor giving me 2 different working speeds and 1 pulse mode. I can select from low to high speed to process different ingredients according to my processing needs. I like the pulse mode to control processing speed and to not overly process something. So, it really does make food prep for me quick and easy. Ultimately, it was a great choice I made on a quality product that works very efficiently for my food preparation goals.

I have a larger food processor but it is useless for making small batches of sauces like hollandaise or pesto. This machine fits the bill and doesn’t have a lot of so-called “safety” features that make it hard to use or even useless as in the case of KitchenAid’s larger food processor where the feeder tube for slicing or grating is so small you might as well hand-cut whatever. Anyway with the Forlim you can drizzle in the oil or hot butter so that a homogenous mix is obtained very easily. With a larger processor and a small batch a lot of the ingredients sit below the blades and do not mix properly with the oil/butter. The only negative, which is why I took off one star, is that when you put hot food directly into the processing cup in bulk the machine thinks it is overheated and will not turn on. Just take the cup off, let the food and base unit cool, put back together and it will start.

I purchased this product for convenient smoothie making for my post-gym protein smoothies. It worked well for a couple months, and it is now broken. I used it 3-4 times a week starting mid-July of 2022, and it is now October and it no longer functions whatsoever. Spend more money and get a better product, you’ll be happy you did.
