   The mounting hardware mounted inside the shell on the top to secure the microwave at the top is very shoddy. The one was missing and sounded as though it was the cause of the rattle inside when the microwave was moved.I looked at the hardware on other side and it was a very tiny female end threaded mounted inside. I didn’t mess with it because I didn’t want to damage anything as I had already received a damaged microwave. And it did not look very secure or well designed. I wasn’t surprised the female end had fallen off on the other side.Amazon gave me a$100 for the big inconvenience of having to repackage the very large appliance into a bigger box, load it into car, take to UPS, unload, send back, pay for shipping (which was $91) (and Amazon said they would reimburse)(we shall see).So……… I was unsatisfied. Stuff happens, I know, but the hardware really is shoddy and should not be. And it was really a pain to return!!!I guess I learned I probably won’t buy larger stuff on Amazon..Thanks.Have a nice Day

   The black Frigedaire microwave looks nice and works well so far. It’s quieter than the Maytag we had before.

   We couldn’t even install this product. Unfortunately only when we went to attach it to the wall did we then realize the thread piece within the microwave was missing to catch the top bolt to enable it to be secured to the cabinet above. Check every little thing about the appliance immediately to make sure you don’t run into the same issue! We had thrown out the box at this point. Amazon was of little to no help. We were not able to get a full refund and in fact they’re charging a significant restocking fee, and we are still left to figure out how to actually ship it back when we don’t have a box to put it in. We are beyond frustrated with the handling of the ineffective large appliance. This will be the last time we purchase any product of this scale from Amazon, and I’m disappointed in the quality of the Frigidaire product to begin with.

   The inside is much bigger than anyone I’ve ever had. Obviously it’s over the stove so their all the same. I think technologies came a long way to make the electronics smaller and the microwave space bigger.IMPORTANT!!!! when you are putting up the template it goes underneath the cabinet, between the stove and the cabinet.

   The microwave fit nicely in the space over the stove as intended
