I like this microwave. It’s the only one that had the dimensions that I need and had good ratings. It has the added bonus of bright LED lighting inside and range light beneath. The back inside wall is really neat with a puckered look. Very fancy. It always takes 2 people to install but it is a few pounds lighter than our previous one. The front is a bit plain looking but all in all it is just what I needed.

You never really realize how much you depend on your microwave until it goes out and no local stores carry the over the cooktop microwave in stock. We ordered this model as it was the soonest to get to us. It was easy to install, clean looking and very quiet operating. This actually arrived 4 days ahead of schedule.

Easy to install, The add 1, 2, 3 min or 10, 30 seconds features are a nice convenience. Didn’t have these on our Samsung.

Product dinged in rear corner…not visible installed..box not damaged. Door is a little out of line but works as it should. Doesn’t appear to be of #1 quality.

This replaced another that had died. Installation was easy (you need 2 people or you need to have something to support it until you screw it in). I like to use partial power to reheat and I get vibration behind the clock during the partial phase. Of course it didn’t do it when the technician was here. It could be how I installed it too – don’t know yet. Also, was excited to use the “soften” feature but it only ever totally melted my butter. The tech said this happens sometimes with new ones. Other than that, it looks great and has lots of features.

This was installed in a second home and I just had a chance to try it. The internal light will not turn off, the microwave will not heat, now there is a sound as if it is working all the time. We just unplugged it and are trying to figure out what to do.
