I had an older food processor that we have had for years and it finally died. I cannot tell you how many weeks I spent reading reviews on food processors. I really wanted a ninja but I really didn’t want to pay the price of that. After reading all the positive and negative reviews on about 30 different food processors I decided to give this one a try and I’m glad I did. We’ve had it for about a month and it’s really simple to use but it’s also really effective. I would love to see the mouth a little bit but so far it’s worked for everything I’ve needed it. There’s this local restaurant nearby that makes a salad with the most thinly sliced lettuce I had ever seen. I have always wondered how they got their lettuce at then. This food processor gets me my thin lettuce. That alone has made it worth it. Today I used it to shred chicken for chicken salad. Every time I use it I find something new I can do with it and I love it.

seems that the more you pay the poorer the quality now a days name brands are all junk from china unless you fork out for commercial quality there’s not a lot to be said for the quality of anything, this machine works good and does what its supposed to has a big hopper, easy to clean if it only lasts a couple years i’m money ahead. i gave it 4 stars since not sure how long it will last.

Deeply disappointed at the lack of quality of this product. It worked great for 6 months, then the spindle/dry shaft that connects the bowl to the processor broke. I don’t see a replacement part for it, so I’m stuck buying another. My last Cuisinart food processor lasted 10 years.

Disappointing.

I’ve used this a few times now and it has worked great for chopping vegetables and mixing dough. I haven’t used all the attachments yet but I have faith they should work as well as the others. If not I’ll update this review.

I got this to replace a 3-cup or so food processor that leaked a bit when holding thin liquids and was a bit difficult to clean up. I’ve used it mostly to finely chop kale, but have also used it to make cracker dough and yogurt-dill soup. It’s worked well for those limited uses. It has not leaked and it has been much easier to clean up. It’s also easier to assemble the pieces after cleaning. The only criticism I have is that the control is a round metal knob that is a little too slick, especially if your fingers are wet. This is a problem especially for pulsing the food processor, when you have to move the control back and forth repeatedly.
