I have purchased 2 other (expensive) bread machines and they never cooked the bread right. Either too dense or not cooked enough despite trying all settings. I then bought the Gemelli last month. Still skeptical I tried a few of the basic recipes in the Gemelli bread machine to just test the quality of the bread itself and even the basic breads tasted amazing! My husband, who is the pickiest sourdough bread snob and rarely thinks it is made right, loved the flavor and texture of the sourdough I made! We both agreed I needed to put the setting on the medium or dark setting next time for our liking but even the light setting gave the bread a nice hard out side and a beautiful texture inside. I couldn’t be happier with this machine and I can’t wait to make pasta and pizza dough next!

This bread machine is easy to use, solid, and comes with some good recipes for bread.I have made 7 loaves of bread so far and they all came out great. I have no problem recommending it. Well worth the price. Customer service could be better.
