I bought this cold brew coffee pitcher after much consideration. I wanted something simple that wouldn’t require a lot of extra steps. I didn’t want to have to strain coffee grounds out of a jar so I appreciate that this pitcher comes with a designated filter in which to put the grounds.I also wanted a large capacity pitcher. So this 2 1/2 quart one is perfect. I make one pitcher every two to three days. The instructions are simple. Scoop 15-16 tablespoons of course ground coffee into the center filter (almost to the top of the filter screen). Slowly add cold tap or filtered water over the grounds (just to the top of the filter screen). Sit in the fridge for 10-24 hours. Take out the removable filter, dispose of the grounds, and enjoy some smooth, delicious cold brew coffee.Coffee can be stored in the pitcher for a few days.Pros – The pitcher’s components can be removed for easy cleaning. The lid is air tight. – No spills! The filter end comes off to ensure all used grounds can be washed out.Since all the parts can be removed, it’s easy to clean.Simple to use. No multiple steps. Just fill the filter with coffee, add water, and set aside.Flexibility. I sometimes make coffee as early as 4pm the day before. If you’re forgetful, like me, this is great!Cons – The end of the filter is small. It can be lost if you leave it around. My advice, clean and dry the filter then reattach the cap asap. The pitcher is tall! It’s a snug fit on the top shelf of our fridge. There’s just under an inch to spare. However, it does fit on the fridge door shelf, so…I don’t know if it’s dishwasher safe. I usually hand wash all the parts when I empty the pitcher so I can make more coffee for the next day.All-in-all, this is a great purchase. I highly recommend it.

When I bought this product it was on sale and closer to $10 and it’s probably the best $10 I’ve spent in a long time! The product itself is very smart, in how every piece locks into the others, overall it has a great intuitive design. I am impressed with this product in terms of value and how it helps me save money (not buying cold brew from the store and cafe’s)Some stuff to know:-It does take about 5-10 minutes of prep for each batch.- One batch yields around a quart, which is a common size cold brew comes in at the grocery store. I saved a few old bottles and fill them with my cold brew once it’s made.-I use a chopstick to incorporate the water into the coffee grounds when first adding the water and then once more during the steeping process.-You can throw most of it in the dishwasher, just not the big, clear plastic part.-I filter my coffee once it’s done “brewing” because some grounds and sediment inevitably will be in the coffee.-It takes about a dozen tablespoons of ground coffee to create one batch. That’s all I got, I know it seems complicated but the overall value and convenience of always having cold brew around makes this a spectacular product once you get the brewing process down.

My primary use for this product is as an air-tight dispensing pitcher for cold-brewed coffee which it does well! I am very happy with it pricewise and quality wise!I do not use the filter that came with it because it was so problematic and messy, instead I use disposable cold-brewing bags which work well for me.Despite the strange construction of the handle/ spout, cleaning the pitcher just needs a little patience but is fairly easy to do assuming you cannot unscrew it off. I was able to unscrew the spout/handle from the body when I first received the pitcher but I have not been able to do it again. I do not want to force it for fear of cracking the pitcher. As I said earlier, though, cleaning is relatively easy even if it cannot be unscrewed.

18 Months of making coffee every other day (there’s enough to last me two days) and it’s always Good!*Important!* First, beware of the reviews! Second, Follow the Directions! Third and maybe most important, Use Common Sense!I see people make negative reviews because something came broke or missing, but they never say how customer service was. I see people complain that it’s weak coffee, well yeah! There’s no heat involved, of course it’s not going to be the same as “iced” coffee made from Hot coffee. I see people say it’s to tall. The description says it’s made for the fridge door, those shelves are easy to adjust. I’ve seen people say the top won’t open, it will, but you need to put some muscle into it. Especially at first the gaskets fit SO well, it can almost feel impossible to open. Just keep in mind to make it snug NOT tight. As for there being grounds, don’t over fill the water at first, don’t shake it while the filter filled with coffee is inside, don’t try to pour it with the filter still inside.

I hesitated for a while wether to get this or not now I’m kicking myself for not getting it sooner. I absolutely LOVE this, follow the instructions and it’s quite simple not to mess it up. I also read the reviews because I found some tricks there as well. My recommendation, get this!

I am new to cold brew – after decades of consuming four cups/day hot, caffeinated coffee, my cardiologist recommended a life change. I NEVER thought I’d enjoy COLD coffee. But I found Bizzy Cold Brew Codffee here on Amazon, and this brewer. It fits in the milk shelf in the ‘fridge. It is EASY to clean between pots. Makes 32 ounces overnight.

I am so pleased with this cold brew maker. The best part is that it is tall and skinny, so it doesn’t take up much room. Just make your tea and then take out the middle before serving. We have been using it for a while, it holds up nicely, and is easy to clean.

I like to make iced coffee, when you make this coffee you are not heating water you start with cold water and let it seep in the fridge for 24 hours, no bitterness, can easily add flavors if desired
