We have had great experiences with Hamilton Beach, so that and the grill/griddle versatility made this the winner when we needed a griddle.The temperature control is accurate, and it’s SO handy being able to have different things going on each side. The grease catcher is deep for large portions of bacon or meat frying/grilling.My only, only, only wishes are these: I wish there was a higher lip around the cooking surface on each grill/griddle; it’s very easy to scoop something off the side while trying to scoop it on your spatula. I also wish the cooking tiles popped in and off with a little less force and finagling – I worry the edges will wear quickly. The tab edges are also potential hand or knuckle scrapers, so be careful around those!

I previously had another indoor grill that I had to throw away, so I ordered this one to replace it. I love this grill/griddle. I have done steaks on it, they came out just perfect and it was so easy to clean. If you’re looking for a nice product that works wonderful you will love this. Dual controls allows you to use one or both sides, and you can set the temperature to what you need.

It’s smaller than I pictured in my head. But that’s OK as I could have just went off dimensions. However…. the surfaces take a long time to heat up. Especially if wanting to heat up both of them. And they do not eat up evenly across a single surface/side. There is also no on/off switch. So its not an item you can just leave plugged in on the counter.I bought it when it was on Sale. I wouldn’t buy it at full price. Inf fact in hindsight. I wouldn’t buy it again at the sale price I got it for either. But it would be a solid addition to the kitchen at a 40 dollar price point.

Great product. Those complaining about the mess underneath are just messy cookers. This product is significantly better than the $20 flat top only grills. Cooks burgers and eggs and even steaks great

I do love this product. Easy to clean. And easy to use. My issue is it does not go to the highest temperature. If it did my steaks would sizzle and cook faster. So if you are fine with it not reaching full temp then this is the product for you.

I bought this same model several yrs ago. We use it three or four times a week. A great griddle! The first still works but it getting a little tired–so we bought a new one same quality, and versital, you bet! Love it!
