The media could not be loaded. I don’t have complaints about the machine itself, everything seems to be intact and all the attachments are included but it seems like the box was pre opened and then put back together. Pretty sure it’s a used one which is not what I ordered. But since I don’t like going through the whole return process just because the box was opened I’ll keep it. Haven’t used it yet.

This little mixer seems to have lots of power. Some might not like it because the low speed isn’t all that low but neither was the one I am replacing and am used to. If you know it’s going to start out with a bang you just have to ba a little careful, I happen to like the power! Although I had to return the first one they sent me as half of the body was yellowed, the replacement is just fine. I haven’t used it yet for any length of time but works fine for now!

My biggest gripe , You have 5 settings but but they go from fast to faster , no slow !

Good beater, different,attachments , easy storage . It could use a slower slow speed is the only ( not perfect thing ) but great for the price.

I would recommend if you want a good easy and light weight hand held blender. Would highly recommend.
