It worked great however we are missing the large basket with the handle. Did not realize this until August 26, with that was the first time we used it. Return date was August 20

First thing I used it for was curry fried chicken. It heats up relatively fast considering it holds a gallon of oil. I was able to fit 3 butterflied then cut in half breasts per basket. Given the price point it doesn’t bother me it came with the 2 separate smaller baskets. The large single basket is available to purchase at a reasonable price. I have since fried french fries and several other things, which have all come out great. The ready light on the fryer insures correct temp. My only gripe would be a lack of a drain for the oil. It’s kind of a pain to control pouring the oil into my oil strainer container. But said accessory would be more expensive. Referring back to the price point earlier. All in all a great fryer for the money. I may add to this review about it’s longevity.

Does great but a P.I.A. to clean. No plug in bottom to drain oil. So very heavy when you want to remove oil. But great at perfectly fried foods.

I love the dual baskets! We regularly cook fish and shrimp together so this is a great feature. The fryer is surprisingly easy to disassemble and clean if you take the time to do it right. Highly recommended!

This is a perfect little home fryer, so perfect I got my mother one for Christmas. This heats up quick, cleans easy and fry’s everything I have thrown at it. Also easy to clean with a little trial and error. Though this is my only deep fryer I have ever used too also but this has really helped with cravings for restaurant style foods.
