It’s entry level, so about what you’d expect. Bought to replace a George Foreman mini that we outgrew (it’s about 20 years old so hopefully this has the same longevity). Used only twice so far: does well with chicken, does not do well with hot dogs. The lid itself doesn’t have much slack to increase the gap between the griddles (maybe 3/8″?). When you close the lid on a hot dog, it slides it to the front because it closes as a wedge instead of flat. Then, for the same reason, only cooks the back half of the dog, so you have to rotate during the cook. I like the slide drawer grease tray compared to a totally separate drip tray that can be easily knocked off the counter. No heat variability that the user can set, just a light to tell you when your food is done cooking, which is fine for me. Comments about drippings falling on backside of grill when opening is true; it’s rather unavoidable.

The grill arrived as expected. It is easy to use. All i did was seasoned my meats and placed it on the grill! Everything tasted great and It cooks fast! I do wish it had removable plates for easy cleaning. Great product overall.

I’ve had this grill for about 3 months. I used it daily for the 1st month and am now using it about 3-4 times a week. It’s so easy to use and food cooks fast. The grill is very easy to clean. I just empty the drip pan and wipe the grill down with wet paper towels, followed by a soapy towel and rinse. Everything washes right off very easily. The only thing I dislike is the size but I knew how big it was when I bought it. I don’t have a lot of counter space so I needed something compact. I can make do. Very happy with this purchase!

Hello, it is incredible the effort I made to buy this product, which I only use to prepare my children’s food and shortly after buying it this happens and it breaks without having received a blow or having fallen. I have called Amazon customer service and they tell me to call the company selling the product which has never answered my calls

This cooks my bacon and sausage perfect without drying it out, however I don’t cook chicken, steak, porkchop, because it would dry them out.

You get what you pay for and since everything is made in China it is junk. I should have got the George Foreman grill. Got the unit 4 weeks ago, use several times a week with coming spray. The surface is harder to clean with each meal.
