I wanted to make Parsley Tabbouleh and needed a food processor. I always thought I wouldn’t need one because I have two very powerful professional blenders. Well, the truth is my parsley tabbouleh needed something like this processor and I am glad I got it.It does everything to perfection. It is powerful, not uncomfortably large and can fit in a kitchen cabinet. I wouldn’t have been able to make my parsley tabbouleh without it. I love the scraper which I think is a clever addition.I have had Hamilton Beach products in the past and was very happy with them so when I saw this processor I did not hesitate for a second. The price is excellent too. Kudos!

This is my first time owning a food processor and can’t believe I waited this long to pull the trigger! It cuts down on prep, which is the most time-consuming step in cooking, or at least in MY cooking. Making shepherd’s pie, I threw a quartered onion, a handful of baby carrots, and about 2″ chopped off the whole head of celery and BOOM I had mirepoix in like 10 seconds! Since then, I’ve used it a bunch of times and it’s fast and easy to clean. Totally worth the space it takes up in the kitchen – and that’s saying a lot since I have such a small kitchen.

Was my fault obviously that I put the lid on wrong but it got stuck. Although it was my fault, I donโt think it should get stuck just because I didnโt turn it an extra few inches before installing. Took me a good 5 mins and finally had to just pull and hope not to break it. So I guess my review is just a warning. Make sure you align your lid before installing. Itโs also a little difficult to clean with my small hands since itโs so slippery and large, wish it had some texture outside of the bowl and lid. One other gripe is that I had difficulty locking everything in place and it would not start. Maybe with time Iโll get the hang of it but boy was it annoying and time consuming. Other than that it really blends nicely.

This thing is crazy powerful. It’s really loud, but that’s because it’s too busy decimating whatever you put in it to care about your ears. The suction cups on the bottom are a nice touch, as it would probably walk away on its own without them.

This food processor is so good, it’s tipped the proverbial scales of power in our kitchen. For years, my wife has mastered our culinary excursions in the kitchen, leaving me in a wake of discarded vegetable peels and dirty dishes. No longer do I stand by the wayside wondering how she makes delicious meals. With this food processor, I now can rival her in most if not all recipes which call for the blending of foods. From black bean brownies, to hummus, and soups, this bad boy does it all in the name of equality in the kitchen. If you suffer from imbalanced cooking, get this and you can compete with your spouse, partner, friend, or enemy when it comes to cooking and baking.

I spent a long time researching โmiddle tierโ food processors. If you want to make pesto, salsa, marinades, or other simple food processor recipes, then this is a good processor for you.I read too many reviews from ppl complaining about a $40 food processor because it doesnโt work like a $200 one. No, this food processor probably wonโt last if you use it 5 times a week or want to grind meat or knead dough. If you need a food processor to do those things, you are going to spend more money or just buy a high quality restaurant blender. But for the average home cook that uses its infrequently but wants a food processor, this is a good purchase.

Another excellent product by Hamilton Beach. This food processor is very light yet it is extremely powerful. If you’re in the market to purchase a food processor don’t hesitate where this one’s concerned.
