   I am well pleased with the quality of this purchase. My crock pot is a flowered design sold by a popular tv home cook and it measures 18 inches handle to handle across the front; 17 inches handle to handle across the top without the lid on it and the bag fit snuggly but pretty easy to put it in the bag. Note: I fit it in the bag while the pot was empty! This thermal bag is very nice quality, easy to clean and opens up well and also opens up down the front over the crock pot dial. I didn’t quite understand what the “net” inside the bag is for or how to use it but there are instructions included for that. This would make a nice gift BUT, my crock pot is a 6 qt. size. I’m not so sure about how easily a bigger 8 qt pot would fit into the bag. MEASURE YOUR POT BEFORE ORDERING.

   Obviously I read the description which states this slower cooker case would only work for slow cookers up to 8 quarts. But, I’m always a curious buyer, if I like the way the products look, I’m going to push the limit. This case looked great, so why not try it on the 10 quart Hamilton Beach slow cooker. It did not disappoint. Now, I’m usually carrying my slow cooker to a location in order to cook the food there, so my workaround was simply to flip the top lid upside down atop the slow cooker, and it fit like a glove. I’ve included pictures of what the unit looks like when the top is placed correctly on the slow cooker and locked…. The unit still zips, just only at about 95% closed. Maybe 90%. But then after flipping the top of the slow cooker upside down (can’t lock it this way, of course) and then inserting into the travel case, it zips closes about 97%, which is really all I need to travel with the case and slow cooker. I’d say that’s not a deal breaker for me; the case looks uh-mazing!!!!!
