This S900A Shaved Ice Machine by Hawaiian Shaved is the perfect home-use appliance to make shaved ice, snow cones, snowballs, slushies, margaritas, and much more. This shave ice maker is fun and easy to use. With its 3-piece design, you can assemble the machine in a matter of seconds. It comes with two ice molds to freeze ice, a non-slip mat, an instruction manual, and a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty.
To use, fill the round ice molds with water and let them freeze overnight to produce small, round blocks of ice. Next, allow the ice thaw for 5-7 minutes before shaving. When the ice is thawed and easy to remove from the mold, place it into the ice crusher cup. Then, place the motor unit in position and gently press down on the motor assembly to shave a mound of soft fluffy snow.
When the ice production completes, there will be a thin layer of the ice block in the ice crusher cup – this is to prevent the ice-gripper plate from making contact with the blade. To remove the leftover ice, turn the unit upside-down and allow the remaining ice to fall, or allow the ice to melt out. REMEMBER – never insert your fingers into the ice crusher cup, always watch for the blade and read the instruction manual before operating.
The design of the Hawaiian Shaved Ice Machine makes it an attractive countertop appliance. If storage is preferred, the machine is designed to be quickly disassembled. The S900A machine plugs directly into any standard household electrical plug (120V) and features an adjustable, stainless steel blade. Additional ice molds and replacement blades are available and sold separately.

We like here in mid west and summer is limited, we soak in sun as much as we can and then you come back home to have SHAVED ICE. How wonderful is that !!I have used this product thought the summer and here is my review1. Fits right on the counter top not too bulky, works great for an apartment unit counter space2. In house anytime solution for shaved ice even when the ice cream store is closed at night !3. Gets the job done without spilling over and making it a mess.I would take a star away as the price point right for this would be $30-$40 range.Final Verdict- Go get it till the summer lasts and even have it in winter yeah !!Hope this is helpful !

I don’t give a review on everything I purchase unless I find a product that deserves a great review. I love ice cream because it’s cold and feels great on my pallet but not so friendly to my stomach. So I thought what would be cold but it wouldn’t change the size of my stomach. This was the perfect purchase. It’s noisy but not any more so then my wife’s four hundred dollar blender. I first used ice cubes but not to great success. Read the instructions and realized the two cups were to freeze water. Remove ice from a cup placing it in unit and leaving it for about five to ten minutes before pressing down on unit making a great cup of snow. So I give this unit five stars.

Very easy to use but very loud. Definitely recommend using the cups it comes with to make ice. You can use ice cubes from your freezer but you will have to move them around a few times. Daughter and I love making snow cones with it. Wife yells at us for the noise.

This was the perfect thing to have this summer. I had shave ice 2 or 3 times a day, and made it for all my friends and family. I also went through 12 bottles of syrup. remember to get the condensed milk! I even took this camping in yosemite and to burning man, paired with a portable AC battery. this device was a HUGE hit. Make as many ice blocks as you can with the given ice maker molds, but you can also get similarly shaped molds from plastic take out bowls.

Great machine. Made Strawberry Shaven Milk with condensed milk. It was very good and was a hit in the family. Cleaning is not my area so my husband did the cleaning.

This is probably one of those cases where I didn’t read the description as well as I should’ve. Apply manual force on the inserted ice cubes. It won’t shave ice below approximately half the ice cube, so you’re going to use only about half the cube unless it fractures in the unit, which it probably will. Estimate approximately a third of all inserted I’ve will be shaved. Not a huge deal in the grand scheme of things, but it would have been nice to know prior to using it for the first time.
