I did not like the fact that I received USED item. It was supposed to be a damaged box item only. Both metal inside pieces were wet, and there was water in the bottom of the small metal container. It also smelled like water had been in there for a while. I rinsed it very well, I’m going to try it, if it doesn’t work right or the smell does not go away I am going to return it. I don’t think I should be charged for a USED item, that was supposed to be new in a damaged box only

This is by far the best purchase I’ve made on Amazon. My boyfriend loves iced coffee but hates watering it down with ice. This is the perfect solution! Super easy to use. I have not experienced the cracking that other reviews have noted.

So I am not sure what I was expecting, but this was bigger than I expected. I also was sad I couldn’t make iced coffee immediately, but that was because I had no idea what I actually purchased, haha! So this has inner cavities you put water in and freeze then you can make iced coffee, lol!! But it works great, I just wish you could put more coffee in it at a time! I have ran 2 cups through and it did cool down the coffee. I really enjoy this, and it was definitely worth the money. Love the option to have iced coffee without watering down my coffee and not having to plan ahead by making the coffee the night before!! I would recommend!

This was my SECOND hyperchiller and both of them cracked on their own. My first one lasted a lot longer than this one. I love the concept but there’s definitely work that needs to be done to prevent the plastic from cracking.

I bought this product for my coworker originally because she constantly complains that her drink is warm and we don’t have any ice at the office. I found this and thought it was worth a buy. And after using it a couple times, I had to buy one for home. This thing is AMAZING!!!! It’s a must buy, your drinks come out ice cold. One day I used it and forgot about it for 5 minutes, came back to pour my drink out and it was so cold I got brain freeze lol

I really enjoy using this ice coffee/ tea maker. I have not had any issues with the product cracking. There is definitely a learning curve learning which cups get filled, in what order, etc. But after filling it a few times it had become second nature
