   If you just want a flat surface to make grilled sandwiches, this is perfect. I initially bought a quesadilla maker and it’s definitely not designed for grilling regular sandwiches, like just an ordinary grilled cheese.

   Toast sandwiches & melts the cheese damn good and in about 30secs, it can be use in restaurants for pre-made sandwiches in my opinion…the fact it has no drip tray is a bonus for less cleaning. I forgot to add oil until I was about 8 sandwiches in and they never stuck. Very lightweight.

   I have been using it daily for a couple of months and it works flawlessly. It is very lightweight so one can pick it up and tuck it away to make space on the countertop. However, your panini, if small, will slide on the Teflon-like surface so I use a spatula to keep it in place as I close down the top.

   I’ve been using this toaster for a few months and it works great. It’s big enough to fit 3 sandwiches. Also it’s easy to clean and the temperature adjustment helps preventing burning the food
