   There’s a bit of a learning curve when first using this item after years of using the old-fashioned stovetop kind of pressure cooker, but now that I’ve gotten through that initial phase, I really like this machine. I look forward to making every new dish I try & so far have been very pleased with the results. It’s extremely versatile, & I’m figuring out how to adapt old favorite recipes to this new method very rapidly.
