Received the machine yesterday and had it cleaned and setup in less than 30 minutes and is very easy to use. It has four control buttons, 8oz, 10oz, 12oz and a “bold” button. Machine has a 30 minute inactive sleep mode and will then shut down after 2 hours of inactivity. It started up quick this morning and did not take long to brew. There is one issue I am trying to work out. I used a reusable K-Cup in my old Keurig and it worked great. The reusable K-Cup for the Keurig does not work with this machine. Although it fits in in the machine the lid will not close and lock into place. This machine does come with a reusable cup of it’s own but it is much different. It has two pieces, the lid and the basket. The lid has a little metal piece that needs to slide into the inside rim of the cup and then the handle locks into place. Early in the morning it is really hard to see the slot the metal piece needs to go in.If you fill the basket to much and if the handle does not lock into place then the machine drips coffee like crazy. The water will actually drip from the end of handle as it sticks out of the machine. This is what I have to work on, not overfilling the basket and making sure the handle can lock onto the cup so the machine does not leak.If I can figure out how to stop it from leaking then I will be happy with the purchase. It does not take up a lot of space on the counter, which is what I was looking for.

Been using for a couple months now. It makes a HOT cup of coffee. Can fit an average Kcup or it comes with a small basket and top if you want to add grounds. Very sleek and doesn’t take up much counter space. What I wish was different- I have a travel mug that is 22 Oz. The machine only allows 3 cup size option to pick from. 8, 10 and 12oz, so i have to wait for the first brew to finish, and then select another cycle to fill. DO NOT fill the water reservoir other than the exact amount you want to fill for one cup. The maker will continue to run until the water is gone, flooding everywhere. As hot as it makes coffee, definitely don’t want to have to clean that mess and risk a burn.I like it, works for now, but I don’t think I would purchase again due to the dislikes.

I have a small kitchen & needed a small-footprint coffee maker. I had originally purchased an instapot coffee maker for my office & thought to get another one for my kitchen. Now, I originally received a defective one & sought to get a refund. They ended up sending me a new one. Within two days I received a brand new, working coffee maker. I love this coffee maker, from the reusable pod, the multiple brewing sizes, the no-brainer functions, and the water getting hot enough for me. 5-stars for the customer service and sending me a replacement without delay.

I had previously had the competitor’s product—let’s charitably call it the JFat coffee pod machine. Or rather, TWO of the competitor’s JFat machines. Both failed, almost to the day, at 4 months 2 days. The first machine was warranty replaced. The warranty replacement failed at—you guessed it—4 months and 2 days. My JFat machine was replaced a THIRD time (in under 9 months) but I have zero faith now in that machine. In each case the unit was toast after doing the first descaling cycle. And apparently, going online, it is a very common failure. You shouldn’t have to pay close to $100 for a coffee maker that fails every 4 months! So I took a chance and got this unit. It’s been GREAT—at least so far. It brews a HOT cup of coffee quickly and quietly. I haven’t noticed any “splashing” that others have commented on. I like the fact that it makes a quiet beep when the brewing cycle is done—no need to guess if it’s finished. And one big thing I’ve noticed….my two previous JFat machines brewed far less coffee than this unit does! In other words, I always brewed a 12oz cup on the JFats…..but on this machine I only need to brew a 10oz to get the same amount of coffee. I always thought that the JFat “12oz” was not accurate—and this machine makes great coffee fast and hot, and uses less water.I’m hoping and praying this unit will last longer than 4 months! And so far I’m very pleased.

The title says it all, it was a good product until today. This was given to me on Mother’s Day of this year 2022 and work beautifully until today. If you think seven months is worth the price of this coffee maker then great. I do expect a product to last years, not months. Like other reviews I’ve seen here I put the k-pod and hit the button it dripped a couple seconds and then all the buttons started going off and beeping. I am very unhappy to say the least.

I dont know if it’s a defect with mine only, but it does not make 8oz, 10oz and 12oz cups. When clicking the 12oz button, it filled a 16oz pint glass. So the options are actually 10oz, 12oz and 16oz. Did anyone else notice this? I just need to warn guests that if they click 12oz, their mug will over flow.

Received the classy Solo single serve Coffee Maker today, via Amazon fast service! Easy to set up. Easy to clean, fun to use and coffee was deliciously hot. It fits nicely into the space we have on our countertop, even though it has a good-sized water reservoir.Be careful of the reservoir when unpacking, so it won’t fall off of its perch. Also, I added round sticky felt pads to the “feet” of this machine, so it will slide easily. They work great. The instruction booklet is amazingly clear and helpful. This little baby will make your morning coffee fun again!!No negatives to report. Even Hubs is impressed.
