Frankly I would recommend ignoring the negative reviews. First, the fridge holds 12 bottles easily. Second, the interior light is bright and provides good visibility to stored bottles. Third: THE COMPRESSOR MOTOR IS PRACTICALLY SILENT. YOU REALLY HAVE TO LISTEN CLOSELY TO HEAR IT KICK ON! Fourth, our fridge arrived well boxed and secured with NO damage. Fourth, the digital buttons are clearly marked and give off a lovely blue glow at night. Fifth, adjusting the interior temp is as simple as pressing an up or down area….and the temp adjusts.We have had the cooler now for almost two months. We keep the temp at 55 degrees as we store both red and white bottles. We also keep between 8 – 12 bottles chilled as we are avid wine drinkers but as there are only two of us, we really don’t need more space.At the price point we paid, this compact wine fridge has exceeded expectations! Will update in 10 months!

This works just as advertised and was easy to set up. While it is supposed to hold 12 bottles one quickly realizes that wine bottles come in every shape and size. Usually I can only get 10 bottles in and the lower shelf? Floor? Is difficult to access the bottles. Overall it was a good value and I can’t drink 12 bottles at a time anyway.

This is a great little wine fridge. Fits perfect under those desks they build in the kitchen that no one sits at (even with the extra space it wants around the sides and back). Super easy to set up (just take out of box, let sit, then plug in and set temp). I wanted a compressor one (as opposed to a thermoelectric one) because we’re in the southwest and it gets hot here and often the temp in the house is 80 and I read that the thermoelectric ones can only cool up to 20° below the temperature in the room. When it’s sitting there, you’d never know it was there. Super quiet. When the compressor goes on, yes, it’s a bit noisy. It’s definitely got a metallic rattling/tinging sound. It’s not coming from the racks inside (I’ve tried taking them out). It’s definitely coming from the back area. But it’s not on all the time, just goes on sporadically, so it’s not too bad and not any noisier than our regular fridge. We’re happy with the purchase, it keeps the wine cool and fits in our space.

I was able to Put it on top cupboard are and put wine rack above to give air around and sides have space. There is a lot of reflection .. if you like that. Also, precipitation gathers on front bottom… wipes easy but I guess normal from what I researched when warm temps hit cold temps

Works great. Haven’t noticed any noise from it. It’s perfect for an apartment or anyone who wants to keep a few nice bottles of wine on hand but isn’t trying to collect them all.

The first unit came and had wild swings in temperature and was loud. While the box was undamaged the unit had a bend in the back rear. I sent it back as my wife and I unpacked the 2nd unit we realized it was totally packed differently. I do not have to connect the dots to figure why. The 2nd unit works well but the hassle of return and getting a suspect defective first unit makes it a no go for a good review. Bottom line if the box is in perfect shape and the unit is damaged just send it back.
