   I drink wine every day. I hurt my shoulder and was having trouble getting the Rabbit opener to work so it was time to get a machine. This opener is very sturdy, easy to charge, looks good on bar. It is a little slower than I anticipated but still fine. I really like the vacuum pump included in the machine. It works well on the bottle stoppers that come with the kit plus on other items I’ve got that accommodate to its form – that was a nice surprise.I would buy again and recommend if in the market for a no stress opener with a bottle vacuum.

   This was a good buy, Have mostly good things to say about it accept for the air evac. corks do not seal well enough to maintain evacuation. Would be nice if the Mfg. could fix this problem.

   I bought this product last December and we love it. It worked great up until a few weeks ago where it wasn’t charging. I called customer support today. Their customer service is excellent, and they are replacing the part free of charge. The agent was very friendly and thorough.

   I read the reviews and a lady stated she loved it so much because of her “arthritis in her wrists because they didn’t work like they used to.” That this item did everything for her effortlessly at the touch of a button.I ordered this for my mom for Christmas. It was perfect. It does want a 12 hour charge before 1st use and the directions were a little tricky.It had enough life for us to try it that night. She loves it. It peels the foil. Opens and recorks it comes with an aerator and i mean the whole set up matched her kitchen… It was perfect. She loved it. I was happy.A 10 out of 10.I read all the reviews and almost passed it up but because of the one review about her wrists…. Take a chance it really is nice.

   The unit looks beautiful on the kitchen counter however it allows the cork to go up to far and it gets stuck inside the unit.

   Christmas gift for mom. So far, works great and looks awesome. Got a cork stuck the first time, but that was user error. Thankfully I got it out by pushing the cork while hitting the release button; just beware, you can get it stuck. Don’t know how well the caps work, but not worried. Never used a foil cutter, but now I have to have one, it’s so convenient and cuts smoothly. The pourer is a nice addition and really balances out wine.

   The media could not be loaded.  Most regular wine openers require some physical effort, so with the Ivation electronic wine opener, all I need it to do was press and hold down a button.I receive the sleek looking bottle opener, that also functions as wine pump by removing air from an open bottle.There are several other accessories in the set, including an aerator, a foil cutter and a couple of wine stoppers.The Ivation electronic wine opener appears well made, wrapped on stainless steel, which makes the opener looks sleek but it also feels substantial when holding it.I placed the unit on the charging station for around 18 hours, since I was waiting for an indication that it was charged.Well there isn’t any way to find out if the unit is charging or has fully charged, since the light on the unit is always on.The foil cutter worked great cutting the foil, then I tried removing the cork and that is when the Ivation electronic wine opener started to give up. It was able to remove the cork but it took some effort.Then it could not remove the air from the wine bottle and just stopped.I placed the unit back on the charger, the blue light went on and it sat overnight.That did not help.The aerator, the foil cutter and the wine stoppers work as intended.On the contrary, the electronic wine opener does not work as it should…either the battery is not holding a charge or the unit is very underpowered.I have a 3-year old unit that it isn’t as sleek looking, but it costs half the price and still can remove 4 or 5 corks before recharging.

   I really liked this opener until it turned into a paperweight. It opened bottles easily, and I *think* the vacuum actually helped bottles stay fresher. Problem is the battery lasted about 18 months. Now it wont charge and is completely useless. For the money I would’ve expected better longevity.
