   About a year after purchasing this product the vacuum sealer stopped working completely. We still use the electric opener a ton and it works fine. Over all I like this product I’m just upset that the sealer stopped working so quickly and I can’t seem to find a replacement anywhere.

   I love this product. Gave it as a gift then purchased one for us. The only thing I do not like is you have to be mindful of setting it in the dock properly. The blue light comes on to illuminate it once it docks but it takes a little manipulation to set properly…maybe the design could be updated to set better in the dock? Other than that it’s a great set.
