Made my first loaf and boy did my family enjoy it. I made the largest loaf size, which is the size of half a loaf of bread. The crust was thick, inside moist and chewy. Flavor reminded me of fresh pretzels so I am not complaining. I would truly recommend this product. I like that you have options of several kinds of breads and puzza dough. It also do yougurt and jams. Have not tried those as of yet.

We no longer buy bread !! No mess , no fuss. So easy to bake great tasting bread. We add sunflower seeds and other yummys to it. The jam recipe is too sweet so I simply adjust per taste. I add Knox Gelatin to the jam recipe as well. Clean up easy . The only downside is the 3lb weight gain.

Finally found the right bread machine for me! It’s easy to use. I like the knob instead of buttons for programs. Knob finds desired program faster and there is no need to press many times on button if missed the program and start all over again. As for me, however, basic programs of this machine knead too long. But self programmed option gives the opportunity for controlling time for kneading, resting, raising, and baking, which I like the most! Also, the crust of bread is thick and hard if on high option. I use low or medium only. Recipe book gives measurements in millilitres and grams but not in an American measurement system. Other than that I’m very satisfied. I’ve returned many bread makers, but will definitely keep and use this one!

My machine broke (just stopped working) after third loaf. They are sending me new one so maybe I got the bad one :(.This machine is average. Owned bread machines in the past and this one is Ok (looks great).Folks mention that the book it comes with is hard to follow – I agree.Otherwise, bread machines make great bread fairly quick.

she loved it until she made a load of bread, she said the crust was way too hard and it was too late for a return, keep forgetting to ask her if she was eventually able to return it, it looks great
