So after much frustration with the descale light as many of the other reviewers (and some wine ๐ ), I figured out how to get the descale light to go off.Note: I did not have any clogs in my machine and it was still brewing coffee with the light on, so I don’t know how to solve a clogged/descale issue.1. Fill the tank with the 1:1 ratio of descale solution as mentioned everywhere on the internet and bottle directions2. place a large mug under the keurig (also mentioned everywhere)3. PRESS THE POWER BUTTON TO MAKE SURE THE MACHINE IS OFF4. After the machine is OFF and without turning it back on, press and hold the 8 oz and 12 oz buttons at the same time.5. Wait for the descaler light and the 12 oz button light to start flashing.6. Press the 12 oz button to start descaling.7. Empty the mug after each fill.8. Just keep hitting the 12 oz button, filling the tank with water, and emptying your mug until the descale light goes off (took me about 3 full tanks of water).9. Go back to your life descale light free and enjoy your coffee. The keurig website does have the user manual online now too under their support section for further help.

I had an 11 year old larger Keurig that I purchased one one of the shopping channels that finally stopped brewing. I wanted to have a smaller version to save counterspace. This one works and allows for a 12 oz. coffee option which I like. The stronger brew option brews slower to allow for the water to mix with the grounds longer. Mostly, I use the reusable cup option with my own coffee grounds. The water refill in the back is kind of a pain as I have to pull it out from under my cupboard and turn it sideways to fill. The real irritants for me are that the coffee basket part does not tilt downward when opening the lid to insert a kcup. Once again, I have to pull it out from under the cupboard to load the kcup. Also, when the lid is lifted to insert or takeout the kcup, the system turns on automatically. I have to turn the machine off to return it under my cupboard. None of these happened with my older model. It may be more effective but it’s less efficient for me.

OK its a Keurig and they are usually built pretty well. THIS one has a much smaller footprint on the counter. Unlike some of the other models that sacrifice simplicity for a bunch of options you will likely use once and forget about. This makes the same coffee/tea/hot cocoa as all the others but does it the easy way… open the lid, put in a K-cup and press the button for the size you want. No touch screens or knobs or adjustments needed. There is NO warm up time. I lift the lid put in a K-cup and hit brew, it starts brewing instantly no wait. This is critical for those of us who wake up early and just want a cup of coffee now.

I have had for almost six months. It only takes around a minute for coffee to be made. I use both k cups and reusable k cups. Use reusable k cups that say they are for the k-carafe.The machine is easy to clean. It takes up very little space on the counter top. It holds around 40oz of water.I would highly recommend buying the machine.

I love the size, it is skinny and to me that’s a big plus because of my small counter. It is quick, easy to use and clean. It has a few things that annoys me but they’re not a big deal. Like even though there’s enough water in there for another cup of coffee it says add water and won’t work until you add more water. Another thing that annoys me is the lid that goes on the reservoir isn’t attached and in my half awake state in the mornings it tends to fall in the tank while trying to put it back on after filling it up. I also love the fact that it automatically turns on when you lift the lid to add your k cup.

Our old seventeen-year-old Keurig finally died, so we were happy to find a more space-saving model. This thing did everything the old one did only faster and with a smaller footprint. It works great, brews fast, brews very hot, and that’s it. Simple is better sometimes.

Before receiving this little gem as a gift, I didn’t appreciate how awesome it is to be able to conjure up a fresh brewed coffee of any flavor in less than a minute… No grinding, no mess, no cleanup.Pros:- Brews Fast! I like that there is a bold option.- Takes up little counter space. Fits right on top of my small variety pack drawer.- The reservoir size is just right for my daily max dose of three cups. I just refill at each morning.Cons:Sounds like a distressed chihuahua while it’s brewing.

I bought this for my wife and she loves it. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift, but it was shipped in a Keurig box and not an Amazon box so there was no point in waiting to give it to her.
