   This was a great upgrade to my old Keurig coffee maker. Simply open the lid, put in a new pod and it starts making coffee a few seconds after pressing start. There is no warm up period. The water reservoir is easy to fill while also easier to maneuver. It makes coffee more quietly than my previous Keurig maker.The only downside is how loud the lid is when I close it on a new pod before brewing. There is a LOUD popping/snapping/click noise whenever I close the lid. I have a guest room next to the kitchen and, due to that loud cracking sound, I can’t use this Keurig if someone is sleeping in it.

   I wish I had never bought this. It didn’t even last me 6 months but I am past the Amazon return window and keurig is giving me the runaround despite not being able to register it. It started flashing descale a month after I got it and despite doing 2 cleaning cycle with keurig products I can’t get it to quit. (Holding the 8 and 10 oz buttons down doesn’t clear it either). It splashes all over the counter every cup it brews. Twice now it has liquefied the kcups resulting in the most abhorrent mess I have ever seen (pictured). Today I finally said to hell with it and threw it in the trash!

   I have to say that I can actually taste the difference with this multi stream brewer. I was actually surprised that is made a major difference. I have had a cheap K cup brewer for years that finally stopped working and am actually glad it did.

   Had an older Keurig for several years before having to replace it. Thought this one would be long lasting like my previous one, I was very wrong. Just before the 18 month mark it just stopped working. I’m very disappointed and will not buy another Keurig because frankly, the quality isn’t as good as it used to be. Take the risk if you dare.

   Each year I’ve added a little something extra to my Hot Chocolate Bar. This was the addition I added this year. I wished I had gotten it sooner. It works perfectly for guests who want a cup of coffee PLUS it’s perfect for ONLY heating 1 cup of water at a time for Hot Chocolate & Hot Tea.

   This is on sale 12/1/2022 but I am unable to rate that product because it says it’s not a “verified purchase”. Unfortunately they have bad reviews on that one so I was trying to add my 2 cents. It’s a good product, coffee taste better than my old one. It’s easy to use. To descale you can use vinegar instead of buying a special product.

   I live in a 5th wheel with very limited counter space, and I just love this Keurig, the 5 whole punches do deliver a nice strong brew without even using the strong button. I can have about 4 cups of coffee before refilling the reservoir

   This is the fourth Keurig I’ve had and I love this. Compact and quick love the styling. I always give my old one to friends to enjoy.
