It arrived with scratches in the pan part. The lid you have to put the knob on and it’s a pain because the washer wants to go all over the place and there’s a piece of plastic that seals it there that also wants to go all over the place. No matter how I do it there’s a gap. It’s obviously not needed for venting as there’s already two holes in the glass for that. Otherwise it’s really nice. I have another similar to it and it’s plastic. This one has metal and glass. It’s nicer, especially for the price. So other than those two issues I like it. The kid should come out together in my opinion.

I was expecting it to be a bit larger than what it is but it cook’s pretty good. Comparable with the crockpot I use frequently. I’ve not cooked rice in it yet but it does a good job with a small amount of vegetables though. It’s compact size and easy to clean.

This is a very pretty cooker, it cooks so well. I love the color, it did arrived with a few scrapes in the inside because the cord was inside the pot and it came out of the plastic , I’m guessing alone the way. But other than that , this is a great buy.

I really like this hot pot. It brought two cups of water to a boil within minutes. You will need a small philips head screwdriver to assemble the lid. The one thing I didn’t like was that the knob on the lid didn’t feel tight enough and I had trouble attaching it. I’m thinking I just didn’t get it seated correctly. The pot itself looks and works great. My husband will take this to work and use it at lunch in his office.

This a lightweight electric pot with steamer. The handles and knob are plastic and stay cool to the touch. I don’t mind having to put together the knob to the lid. However the knob and the lid when attached, leaves a gap. No matter how flush I pushed down the lid onto the knob it was always not level or sealed tight. It can be difficult to keep clean and dry between that space. My pot has 2 major scratches and 2 minor scratches when it arrived. I suspect that it’s from the power cord being shipped in that section of the pot. It was in a pouch but it was not sealed. The prongs most likely scratched it. It should’ve been in the stainless steel steamer section. The paint around the scratches seemed stable and not flaked or broken more since so I feel safe to use it. I’ve boiled dumplings, made red sauce pasta and cheesy beef and it’s all been quick and cleans up nicely. On the high setting, water is a rolling boil within 5 mins. The plug at the cord connection point is a bit stiff and can be a bit fussy to get on and off. The cord is about 2ft. So a bit short.Overall I think this is worth having for 1-2 portion cooking. It doesn’t take up a lot of space and is versatile to do most everything. Most importantly, it doesn’t heat up the space around it like a stovetop will.

This hot pot/steamer/cooker is a great value. Upon opening, I noticed there were several places the nano ceramic non stick finish was chipped or missing. Pencil eraser sizes. The coating is a blush color, very shiny and attractive. The knob on the glass lid must be put on before using. It only requires a steady hand and small Phillips screwdriver. The handles on the sides, knob on front, knob on glass lid are metal with a faux wood grain finish. They look really nice. There is a front knob with a 0 for off, the 1 for the low cooking setting of 200 watts. The second setting is 600 watts. I used both setting and they work well. The black power cord inserts into the side. It was a bit of a challenge to line up the little openings in the cord head. The cord is very rigid and stiff, hopefully after being out of the bag a few days, it will conform better. There’s an indicator light to the left of the front knob. However, it’s very dim, shows well when it’s darker in the room. I would like to see a brighter output, expecially for senior eyes.I did use the cooker, it performs well. The only minus, is it getting by quality control with the chipped places inside. It was packed well, there was no damage to the inner or outer shipping box. The inside nonstick bowl doesn’t remove either. Must wash it in place, there is an added stainless steamer included. It looks to be great quality. To sum it up, I would like to see closer quality control before shipping, a brighter info light, softer cord and removable inner cooking bowl.

Im not sure what i was expecting, but i was pretty surprised first when i saw how small the box was that this arrived in, then again when i took it all out and realized how very little you can fit into this crockpot. In my opinion, the word “mini” or “tiny” should DEFINITELY be the very first word in the name of this product. I had thought i had done a good job reading through the product description before i ordered this, i must have missed the mention of it being SO small. I know it had said 1.5 L, but i honestly had no idea what that had meant size wise. If you picture a normal size crockpot in your head, imagine cutting the pot in half, then in half again, and thats about how much food you can fit into this pot. This item would be perfect for a single person, or for a dorm room, but NOT for a family of 6 like i have. I had been so excited to get this, with dreams of cooking pot roasts and stews and soups dancing through my head- and i was sad to find out that you couldnt fit a pot roast in here even if it was double its size. The crockpot itself also arrived with some minor damage to it- there were 2 chips in the ceramic and a scratch on the inner metal. It had come with all its parts and cord packed inside of it, so idk if the damage came from being bounced around with the cord shoved inside it during shipping, or if its just from it being made out of “not good” ceramic. If your looking to cook just 1 or 2 servings max, this product is definitely perfect for you. It does heat up very quickly compared to the larger standard sized crockpots, and it does cook food and come to a boil and steam very VERY quick, quicker than ive ever seen ANY product do it. But if you are trying to cook meats, or for more than 1 person, this product will be just way too small for anything youd want to do.
