I have the traditional large food processor which I love, and I have a very tiny one for doing a few nuts, etc. But I felt I needed a mid-size processor, and this processor does the trick. Example: Today I made 6 Deviled eggs – did up the yolks, mayo, etc, in the processor. Was perfect for that smaller task. I’ve not had it long so can’t comment on durability, but so far – so good!!!

It was just delivered overnight but it works well and the larger size has better capacity and less stress than the old one 3.5. So, it’s worth the extra money over the smaller one

I bought this chopper to replace a broken blender. It does a particularly amazing job on small amounts of food, mincing 2 cloves of garlic or 1/4 cup of parsley without any scraping or shaking. To make salad dressing, I mince the garlic or shallots in the recipe first, whir in everything but the oil, then add the oil through the hole in the cover. It makes beautifully emulsified dressings.I don’t understand why some reviewers talk about struggling with the cover. Maybe because you rotate it counter-clockwise rather than clockwise? It’s very straightforward and well-designed. The only problem I’ve noticed is that I had the switch stick in the “on” position twice, both in the first couple of days. It hasn’t happened since. My theory is that the bowl may not have been rotated 100% fully into position, causing a bit of friction on the mechanism that connects the push button down through the side of the bowl to the actual motor. That said, I haven’t been especially careful about that since and have had no problems.I love, love, love this little chopper!

We downsized and got rid of the large food processor. The small one wasn’t quite big enough but this one is the perfect size and whips cream and hollandaise too. It doesn’t take up much space and works well. Also as easy to clean up as any other processor. I’d recommend this and would buy it again.

Love how tiny he is so I can whip him out for a quickie pesto and donโt have to get the huge one out, super easy clean up. Iโm making more from scratch because of this guy!

Great addition to the kitchen

Wanted this one to chop veggies to about 1/8″ or so pieces but no matter how I try it ends up making mush. I do not overload as I just put in a few 1″ x 1″ pieces at a time.
