This meets all my expectations. No more mixing and trying to keep the cord out of my way. I have an older Kitchen Aid hand mixer that performes just fine but the cord is alwarys a hassle. I stubbled across a review for another cordless hand mixer and was intrigued. I love Kitchen Aid products so naturally look for their solution. One con, it does not have the power of a wired hand mixer. It does everything I’ve asked of it including wipping cream and beating cream cheese but I certainly notice it struggling when I beat the cream cheese.Al in all, I am very happy with the product and am comfortable recommending it. I have a big stand mixer if things get too heavy like with cookie dough or bread. I don’t feel comfortable saying it would handle those types of heavy mixing. The battery life is great and the design smart. I love the way I can stand it on its tail after mixing!

First and foremost I have used and loved Kitchen Aid products for years. We had a Corded hand mixer that worked great but got pulled to the ground by the cord and bit the dust, so we bought this to replace it. The first thing we noticed is that this โEmpire Redโ is dyed plastic and does not match the enameled โEmpire Redโ of our other appliances (a bigger deal for the wife than me). The second thing that I noticed was that in use it is underpowered compared to a corded hand mixer, which is to be expected, but still disappointing.TLDR: I recommend this mixer, but the color quality is not the same as the enameled and it doesnโt have the umph of its corded counterpart.

Why have I used corded my whole life?! This mixer is a must have if you love baking. Itโs powerful and because itโs cordless youโre not confined to your closest outlet.
Been there, done that –
This mixer has a speed low enough to mash potatoes and mix. The cordless function is nice and it takes less room to store.

I purchased this on Oct 14th so I have been using it regularly for a month. What I like most is it can be used anywhere in my kitchen. No plugs required. That is huge. Itโs fairly light weight. It starts off slow so there is no splatter. It holds a charge for a really long time. I highly recommend it.
